"Max, We are sorry you felt you had a bad experience. The work was completed on time. The quality of work was very good. We told you before we started, the only way to truly correct the issues with your walls was to take down the drywall and re-do the very poor drywall job your builder did. We most certainly did clean up after we were done and addressed any touch-ups that were pointed out. It was only after we asked for the final payment, that our guys were accused of breaking various things in your house and derogatory statements were made about the guys that were completely unacceptable. We went above and beyond with your project, as we always do. We asked you for the balance due on 3 separate occasions, and each time a new baseless complaint arose. The final amount due was 1/3 of the contract price, but we decided against litigation."
