I never spoke with "Saul Morales" only Laura and expectations were not met - There were assumptions on my part based on what a professional house painter should and would do Laura and I agreed to disagree. I did have to have my brother do touch-ups with the remaining paint. I got tired of speaking with Laura and just accepted things as they were. The internal painting is done and I'm moving forward.
