Hector and his crew were very knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. They spent 2 days removing quite a few trees and some were huge (70ft). We were amazed to watch them manuver the trees, and sections to avoid damaging other trees and plants. They finished in the time frame Hector estimated. They thoroughly cleaned the debris from the yard- I That was a plesant surprise. They were all very friendly and a pleasure to with with. We already gave their number to our neighbor. Their price was very reasonable. We will definately use them again if needed!

This team was able to drop 15 70 foot pines and poplar in a quarter acre front yard and not destroy a couple magnolias and dogwood. It was amazing to watch them tie off to other trees and swing large tops and logs to a safe destination. The team was masterful and cleaned everything up. They came in 40% below another stop by quote and had a stump grinder connection as well. I have messed with trees here the last 45 years and never experienced such a great 2 day event.

I called this company to get a quote on trimming my shrubs. The son put me in touch with the father who came out Saturday to do an estimate. We agreed on this passed Wednesday. I text and asked what time he would be over and he said he would give me a call . 30 minutes before arriving. I never got a call back or anything. We had the money to pay for what we needed done. I don't do business with people who don't communicate. This has been a major problem since I have been back in Charlotte no one to trust and everyone wants insane amounts of money to do anything. I will not be using this company to do anything for me. I would not recommend them to do any service. The least you could do was say why you couldn't do the job.

I recently hired Morales Tree Service for tree trimming, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Victor Morales and his team were professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable. They carefully trimmed our large oak, leaving everything looking neat, healthy, and beautifully shaped. They also made sure the yard was spotless before they left. If you need expert tree trimming, look no further Morales Tree Service is the one to call!

Was a excellent experience!! Recommend them to all to my neighbors! Victor made the process every easy and affordable!!

This kid has some serious work ethic let me tell you. When I was approached by such a young man with his own business looking to take down some trees for me I was pretty skeptical. But boy am I glad that the wife and I took a chance on him. We personally dealt with Victor who walked us through the whole process, gave us a reasonable price for the job, and was in and out after doing some beautiful work. Cannot recommend this guy enough.

very effective and good communication. Loved the final result, Victor was very helpful in reaching my end goal.
