"Hi Lisa, I would like to start off by thanking you for taking the time to give us a review. I would also like to add that you spent THREE DAYS with the clean that we provided before calling us to express your concerns. Our guarantee is that if you are not satisfied, we will return to make things right. 1. Now, when you initially contacted us for a quote. I informed you that we would be able to provide 2-3 cleaners. We do not give a definite number as far as the number of cleaners that will be there, but we do give a range. All of our calls are recorded for quality assurance purposes. Our team has investigated this issue and have noted that it was said that we could provide you 2-3 cleaners. 2. I showed up to the job at 12pm,not 1pm. Our time clock system has a GPS tracker that proves this. 3. The bathroom that you mentioned that was ignored was cleaned. I was cleaning the kitchen when your daughter invited her friends to show them the house. She showed that bathroom to them and stated It smells great in here. After she mentioned that, I told her that she could take a look in the bathroom because it was cleaned already. She and her guests exclaimed Wow. 4. As far as the bodily fluids that you mentioned, I am not sure what you are referring to. You continue to mention pictures. Up until today, I have not received the pictures that you are claiming that you took. I have asked you to email these pictures multiple times. Our company also takes before and after pictures of each clean. Again, you contacted three days after the clean had taken place. 5. I only have one employee in the office and you have spoken to me. I am not sure which several of the girls you are talking about. I apologized multiple times for your disappointment. I also offered you a discount which you quickly accepted and became ready to pay all of the sudden. We cleaned your daughters home for five hours. From 12 until 5pm. We had a client scheduled for 5:30pm and I had to call them at 4:30 to let them know that we were running behind schedule. We waited for your daughter to show up so that I could complete the walkthrough to ensure her satisfaction with the job. We waited for almost 30 minutes. I cannot keep my clients waiting. Therefore, we made the decision to leave together to move on to our next client. Nothing unprofessional is taking place on my watch concerning my business which I care about with all of my heart. We maintained our professionalism and tried to make things right while you continued to push on and adopt unprofessional speech that made matters worse. I understand that you were disappointed and I certainly do listen to ALL of my clients. If you were not satisfied with our clean, we should have received a call right away so that we could come back and make things right. You called us three days later. At this point, I am not sure if you were after a cheaper price. All you got was $45 off? Was it your goal to work the price down? I would have been able to work with you on the pricing from the beginning instead of you demeaning my staff and spitting out atrocious words to human beings. We hope to not work with you again.
