More Roof Life is Owned and Operated by Josh Davis. Josh is 3rd generation in the roofing industry and been a roofing professional since 2005. Josh got his start in the roofing industry in 2005 when he and his two brothers flew to New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. In New Orleans he worked on Historical Gems, from the nearly 180 year old Saint Alphonsus Cathedral, to buildings in the historic French Quarter and homes all along Saint Charles Avenue. He was able to work on all types of roofs, from Clay Tile, Slate, Stone Coated Steel, Asbestos Abatement and high end Architectural Shingles. All at the same time New Orleans was trying to regain its footing, it was an amazing start to a long career in Roofing. Since his time in New Orleans Josh started his own company and has personally managed the installation of nearly 1000 roof replacements. With deep roots and experience in the Roofing Industry, Josh Davis is the best person in Central Oregon to help you with your Roof Replacement.

It is hard for me to imagine there is a better roofing company in Central Oregon than More Life Roofing. Josh and Mandy were very professional in everything they did. I had a cedar shake roof that I decided to replace in the the fall of 2020. I called a few roofers to get estimates, but was not satisfied with the response or numbers I was getting. One day while driving, Josh drove by so I decided to call him for an estimate. Smartest thing I ever did. He went to the house and called me later to tell me I had hail damage from a storm earlier in 2020. I called my insurance company to file a claim but got nowhere. I arranged for an adjuster to meet Josh at the house and as a result the insurance company paid for a new roof. Within a few short weeks he installed a new roof that is beautiful. I live in Portland and donâ t get to Sunriver as often as I would like but every time I do, I think of Josh and Mandy and how lucky it was that I called them.

I called on a Sunday when I saw some drips coming into our house. Josh answered his phone, said he'd come by that same day, had a quote to me that evening, and when I said "go" that night, he had a crew on the roof fixing it with a day and a half. He gave me options to help me stay within my budget. The work was fast, looks great, and Josh responded to every call or email within minutes... Great service and great business owner. Would definitely recommend them!

Professional, good pricing, creative, knowledgeable: I had a sizable leak where my second story deck was attached to the house wall, which caused serious damage from an ice dam to the bottom story. I had bids up to $14,000 to fix it. Josh, using his experience using flanges on roofing, was very creative. His solution was to remove several of the deck 2x6 boards, and install a single 20 foot long, large 90 degree flange up against the wall, and out away from the side of the house. Worked perfectly at one seventh the cost ($2000) !!!! Great job!!!! Amazing savings!!!!

COURTESY DIGNITY RESPECT ATTITUDE doesn t begin to tell you how enjoyable it was to work with Josh. He inspected roof, gave me 3 estimates that evening. First a bandaid fix for 1 maybe 2 years, second a more in-depth fix for 2 to 3 years, third a total repair. Josh took pictures of roof to show me and explain exactly what needed done and what each estimate would cover. He cleaned up after himself. My neighbor asked for estimate. I highly recommend Josh.
