"While I went prepared to clean hard wood floors with a swiffer wet jet (which typically does an amazing job) ~ due to level of nicotine build up, I realized what I had come prepared with, was not enough. Rather than telling the home owner of my concerns for fear of insulting (as she is a smoker, as well), I did say that I was not prepared to clean the floors. After several attempts to clean shower door and tile floor with multiple types of cleaners, the buildup would not come off. I'm very sorry Jean is disappointed in my services ~ as I spent 5 hours scrubbing and cleaning entire space."
