He didn't show up when he said he would the second and third time he was suppose to come. He didn't call to say he wasn't going to show up. When he first came he changed out my breaker, it was out again a short time later. He was suppose to come back the next day, he didn't. Then he said he would the following day, he didn't. No thanks.
