Moreno Pool Service

Had them do my tile for the pool. Around the top of the Jacuzzi they left it all ugly grout all cracked looked like a beginner did it.. They replasterd my pool paid 1500 extra fir a dark blue they did a baby blue.

Pool looks great, just like new.

The work done was just great. I had a problem getting an accurate estimate. Originally I was quoted approximately about 1500.00 to repair cool deck cracks, Install safety handle in middle of steps and to paint cool deck by Mrs Moreno, of which agreed to. On the day work was scheduled Mr Moreno came to the house and I informed him that I was not sure about the estimate. We discussed what what was going to be done and he quoted me $3000.00 which was twice as much as was originally stated. I told him that this was unacceptable. The cracks were fixed and the cool deck was painted for a cost of $2000.00. $500.00 more than expected. I still will recommend Moreno Pool Service to all my friends because of the quality of their workmanship. I am extremely satisfied. I hope that they can overcome the estimate inaccuracy

The remodelling of the pool deck was excellent, I just wish that they would have cleaned my pool afterwords. It was left with alot of debris.

I recommend Moreno pools for their affordable prices, efficiency, professionalism. They were able to complete the remodeling process in a quick time frame. The workers were respectful and cleaned up after themselves. They communicated with us as needed and did not ask for payment until the job was done.

I had Mr Moreno and his team do remodeling on my pool and did a better job on it and my pool looked better than before I highly recommend this pool company because not only did they do a good job but they were willing to work with me on the price.

I called Moreno Pool to fix my pool Leak and give me an estimate for possible Pool and Jacuzzi inside resurfacing. Instead just fixing my leak they started to resurface my brand new beauty Pool Deck! Then I called Lydia Moreno what?s going on!? She got rude and non corporations. Then I told her to fix it all and repaint what they messed up and I just pay for the pool leak fix. They repainted all with a much darker color and messed up my underground pool pipe again so more leakage then before. No payment will be rendered from my side. Since I have more damage now then before!!! ** warning to anybody, do not hire nor recommend this company! *** I am debating to sue them.

Could have had better at communicating. Could have cleaned up better after. Overall, good work though.

The end result is satisfactory. The pool and touched up deck look beautiful. At the end. We found a problem with the main drain (blocked by debris). They emptied the pool and offered to pay for the cost of the water. Had a pool company clear the blockage. They cleaned well at the end. Now, that is very good work ethic!

They were very prompt from quote to approval to completion. Communication was excellent and the quality of work was also great. Something you don t see much is they didn t require a down payment or deposit until the work was finished. I would recommend Moreno Pools.
