I hired Moreno to stop a leak into my 4 season room. He sealed an area between the home and the room. I began to get leaks. First he didnâ t return text and calls. Then he said he was coming after 12 on a Friday and never showed up. After numerous calls he finally came but with no ladder. He said he was coming back this week but never showed. I will make a consumer affairs report now
