"In this case the Homeowner had to retain an attorney because of the Lien that was placed on the property due to failure of payment once the work was completed 100% This customer still owes us 100% of the balance of this completed and inspected job and attorney fees. All of this can be proven by the detailed notes within our database, recorded calls and emails . Contractors Beware !!!"
"Dear Mr. Yario, It is very clear on your contract that you were getting only 2 windows. All carbon copies of the contract show one window crossed off. Your sales rep provided us with a carbon copy and it is consistent with the original. Insinuating that he altered the contract after the fact is a serious matter and we will not stand idly by while you accuse us of such things. The day of install, your sales rep visited your home and tried to explain to you what he had explained at the point of sale but you became very unreasonable. THAT is why he walked away. The measure technician also made a call to your sales rep the day the project was measured and confirmed only two windows were being measured. It was explained to the measure technician just as it was explained to you, multiple times. On April 23, 2019, it was explained to you, again, via the financing company when you complained to them about the same thing. We discussed the situation with the clips for your blinds and instructed you to get more clips and we would reimburse you. We haven?t heard from you since. Fast forward to now and us having to respond to a review more than 2 months after the fact. You have paid in full since that time, including the permit fees, AND agreed to an inspection and it seemed that all was well and understood. Please get us the information so we can reimburse you for the clips that were lost to the blinds THAT YOU TOOK DOWN, NOT US. If there is another review accusing us of altering a legal contract after the fact you will be hearing from our attorneys. We are sincerely sorry that this upset occurred. We do want to make it right. We also want an accurate picture of the situation reflected here."
"Dear Donald, Contract date 9/1/18 Install started 11/26 11 weeks to install. The contract does indicate a time frame and the fact that the sales reps are not allowed to change these times. Unfortunately we cannot easily predict product demand and whether or not the manufacturer will get the product to us sooner rather than later. Your project was completed in the estimated time frame on your contract. We make every effort to get them done as soon as we possibly can. When you are at the mercy of the manufacturer, time frame is hard to predict. The glass company installed your custom manufactured glass door 12/20/18. In mid January a service issue arose with the door leaking. Well AFTER the shower was being used and it was addressed. Not as soon as you took a shower. The dates in our database are very clear. It is regrettable that this occurred and we did our best to coordinate addressing it with the glass door company. Embellishing how it went down benefits no one. Same goes for the reference that it took 6 months for us to get your shower done. Simply untrue and unfair. A valid question would be why we are having to defend ourselves and clarify the situation almost 4 months later?..your file has been closed. You were unhappy with the matching of the fixtures with the door and we ordered all new fixtures. You fail to mention this?. Your guarantee info should have been given to you at the point of sale. If this is not the case we will be glad to get you the information. You end your review with the fact that the shower is working well. If that is the case, then how fair is it, to our 70 + employees, that this review is here painting an incomplete and altered picture of our service to you, again, almost 4 months later? Nonetheless, we will be here for you going forward, standing behind our product and workmanship."
