Morgan Exteriors of Orlando

We received the materials. When the 3 guys, who didn't speak English, came to start the work, This was the end of June, beginning of July 2025. there was no plywood. The 'head' guy left to get plywood. He came back with warped OSB or Partical board. They put the warped OSB on the house. Then, they put the underlayment on. This was July 3rd. The head guy said in broken English, that they would be back tomorrow. It rained that weekend and the underlayment fell off the house and got wet. They showed up on Monday and put the wet underlayment on the OSB. Then, they put the siding up. It was wavy in places. I asked the 'head' guy why it was wavy. He said its the house. Its not. I told him on a Thursday, that I want to speak to a supervisor. Friday morning, I asked if the supervisor was coming. He said that he was in his car on his way. Still waiting. I called the company about above a window in front of the house that it was buckling. He said someone will call within 72 hours. Never calld

My elderly parents paid Kirk Morgan more than $10k to replace windows in their home last July. When the installation crew showed up they had the wrong windows, and a new set had to be ordered, delaying the installation another six weeks. Less than one week after the installation one of the windows literally fell apart, the glass broke, bending the frame. Immediately Will Conaway was called and after seeing pictures he promised the window would be replaced free of charge. THIS WAS NOVEMBER 4, 2024!! In February Will Conaway made an appointment to replace the window on March 1. No one showed up, no one called. My parents have been calling continuously, being given nothing but excuses, if anyone bothers to answer the call. Do not do business with Kirk Morgan or Will Conaway if you expect any level of customer service.

BE WARNED: MORGAN EXTERIORS ARE THEIVES. Morgan Exteriors is threatening and rude. Paid in full never came back to finish, plus thousands in damage to my home. DO NOT USE MORGAN EXTERIORS!

I ordered 6 impact windows from Morgan Exteriors Orlando for my Florida room. Dylan, Rottan, and Navin arrived at 8 am to install the 6 windows. They were all very friendly. They went right to work and by 12:30 pm they were done. The windows looked great. Big improvement. What I liked was that you could put your hand on the inside of a window with direct sunlight coming through it and the inside of the window was cool. Before that room would be very hot during the day. Now it is cool as a cumber. The guys did a terrific job.

They are very professional,. Kept in contact with me throughout,.. their installers were Fantastic ! Very , very pleased. Showed up on time and got right to work ,. Victor and his partner ( Iâ m sorry , I didnâ t catch his name ) were Awesome ! Already re- hired them for another job..!

Very easy to work with

Itâ s a little soon to be sure of all these answers. But hereâ s what I do know at this point. They were not what I would consider cheap, but I got 3 estimates and they were right in the middle. All the sample windows were oddly similar and based on that I might have gone with the cheapest one except that the salesman was very pushy. Morganâ s put 10 windows in on one day. They were very skillful, respectful of my property. They clleaned up very well. They sent a guy out the next day to put casings on the inside of the windows. Unfortunately 2 days later I discovered that 3 of the windows were fogging up over night. I called them and they are sending a technician out to look at them. So far they have a very high recommendation from me but letâ s see how they handle this â problem â .

Took a long time to get the sliding doors delivered from manufacturer.

Expensive, but product, workmanship and service is outstanding

After Morgan exteriors was hired and the initial payment was made, they said it was going to take about 2 months to get the kitchen cabinets. It took a lot longer than that. I had to call them every couple of months to see if the product had come in. Then we had a big mix up about when they were supposed to show up or whom they were supposed to call upon coming to the condo. They kept calling me instead of calling the tenants or the management company. Once the kitchen cabinets were finally installed then they were upset that they had to come back and fix it. He actually told me to tell the tenants to fix it themselves.

They work really fast, nice costumer service

It went O.K. We have had contractors who were much worse, and contractors who were somewhat better. Communication is hit or miss, with little or no advance notice as to who would be showing up when.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Be warned: If I could give zero stars I would! THIS IS MORGAN EXTERIORS, after at least two FAILED INSPECTIONS. The crew is not Morgan employees they are sub-contractors naming Morgan as additional insured. After more than three thousand dollars in damage I have not been made whole as stated below from Ben Love. When I questioned their bill and put a previous review on Google Susan and Kirk Morgan threatened me. Sorry this is truth, no lies and wouldn't be considered slander! I say bring it! Morgan will lose! I have 43 emails and over 100 photos of poor workmanship (failed sheathing inspection for using drywall screws and staples, another failed inspection for single nailed trim) From Ownership to actual employees this company is rude, threatening and does not care. These people are clowns! See below ME: "Kirk. I have been thinking about my conversation with Ben Love. Dropping an "F" bomb in conversation is not swearing at him. The word was never aimed at him but answering his silly question. Ben is in the wrong business if he feels the need to scream at a customer for using the word f*** . I have engaged Precision Garage Door, A-1 Screen and Plummer Paint for painting replaced garage door, expense on top of door and install. I will be purchasing and paying a contractor to replace my shed tomorrow. The removal and assembly will run more than expected. Also the $2,200 garage door is going to be $400 more to paint with the correct materials. The cost are going to be higher than first expected due to contractors pricing. Just the door and shed and screens are at $4,050. I have more contractors coming next week for estimating the remainder of your damages to my home. Before Ben FLIPS OUT screaming at a customer maybe he should put himself in my shoes. This is my home. That is why I am being in your words agressive. All BEN needed to do was fulfill HIS promise to call me before close of business yesterday. I have been forced to engage contractors to remediate your damages and will add a reasonable charge for my time, at an hourly rate." The siding crew that was at your home today has his own insurance under his own company name but has done work solely for Morgan Exteriors as an in house contractor for 4 years now. The office staff were professional and responsive, but the remodel was contracted out. The cabinets were a clunky design, rough edges, shelves with cheap and hard to adjust hardware, paint cheap and already wearing off. The installer was very good and went above and beyond to work the cabinets into my kitchen, but it took longer than expected due to design issues. Was offered a front door replacement, but the salesman did not talk about hidden costs (permit, modification for a cat door or peep hole), so this was almost more expensive than the kitchen remodel. Loved the granite counter though!

Only had the estimate as of now, but Hudson was very pleasant and informative. They cost was reasonable and met our budget. All in all so far so good. Will have more to follow when the job is complete.

Do not waste your time or hard-earned money on this company! I ordered windows in july 2020. It is now march 2021 and the project is still not complete. Took my money and ran! Thieves and liars...

I have not received the windows yet so not able to comment about work quality or value for the money. The salesman was very professional, and they have kept me updated, but no windows yet. However, i must rate these two things to submit my review, so based on what i am expecting due to service so far, i will give them a 5

Had a wonderful experience with Morgan from beginning to end. Kept me informed when Windows would arrive and when installation would begin. The two installers were very knowledgeable when replacing, plus very tidy, nothing for me to clean up. I certainly will be using Morgan again with future projects.
