After Morgan exteriors was hired and the initial payment was made, they said it was going to take about 2 months to get the kitchen cabinets. It took a lot longer than that. I had to call them every couple of months to see if the product had come in. Then we had a big mix up about when they were supposed to show up or whom they were supposed to call upon coming to the condo. They kept calling me instead of calling the tenants or the management company. Once the kitchen cabinets were finally installed then they were upset that they had to come back and fix it. He actually told me to tell the tenants to fix it themselves.
They work really fast, nice costumer service

Everything went great. They stayed in touch with me, to let me know the progress on making the windows and yhen called after they were made to set up an appointment for installation. They came on time and were very professional in their job. Cleaned up after themselves and left everything in nice & clean. The whole job took ... for 2 windows ... one an a half hours. Excellent work, great company.

We really love Morgan Exteriors and especially John Sundal, our salesman. John spent a great deal of time with us explaining all our options and John's boss did something for us that sealed the deal! They have not installed the windows yet so I will update my review after the windows are in but so far they have 5 stars from us.
I had requested a quote to replace my windows and door from multiples companies, and no one has provided the exceptional customer services that Bruce Lee from Morgan Exteriors has provide me. I never have the impression that he was selling me something knowing the security, I will have at home after the installation, is very important for me. I can't wait until the installation is complete. I highly recommend Bruce Lee as a vendor.
My windows are beautifu!
First completely read the morgan group contract. Unless it is on the contract, it does not apply no matter what the salesman says. Neither one of the gentlemen, who came to install the gutters, appeared to understand english very well. Overall it was not a very good experience, but i did sign the contract and thus have to live with the results.

After looking into the contract, it is clear on the contract that you were receiving 134 feet of seamless gutter with One Guard gutter guard and 8 downspouts. This is what was done for you so it is not exactly clear to us why you make the opening statement that you do. It is documented in the notes of your profile that you called the offices upset about a certain section of gutter that you felt was not installed the right way but it was arranged that the gutter crew came back, the same day you called, and explained why it was correct the way it was installed. A follow up call from our office manager confirmed that the issue was handled and you were both happy. Again, we are very sorry that we did not live up to your expectations. Our dozens of employees work hard every day to make our customers happy. We are just s phone call away if there are any other issues with your gutters.
