I contacted Dillon to request a quote for installation of three garage doors. Dillon promptly responded with a quote that was reasonable. The doors had to be ordered and he kept me updated as to the status. Dillon contacted me to set up an installation date/time. Dillon arrived at the agreed upon time and date. The installation of the three garage doors was performed and tested to ensure proper operation. The work area was left clean. I highly recommend Morgan Overhead Door.

I was in a bit of a panic in that one of the springs had broken and I was not able to open my garage door to get my car out to make it to an appointment I needed to keep. After reading MOD,LLC reviews, I called and Dillon answered. He said he would be there in about 30 minutes and he showed up right on time. He then correctly assessed the age of the garage door system and recommended replacing both springs with upgraded versions that will last much longer at a very reasonable price. After the installation, Dillon made several adjustments, lubricated the door, rollers and track and I was good to go. Took less than an hour for the whole thing and he provided me with documentation and we discussed warranty on the new springs (which if they fail, they are replaced for free - including labor!). Dillon is a straight shooter and it was a pleasure to do business with someone with integrity and honesty. THANK YOU!

I highly recommend this company and would use them again. I had garage door openers that I purchased installed. Dillon was on-time and did great work. He had to make a 2nd trip to my place because I didn't have the correct extension kit. He explained the correct kit I needed to buy and even sent me a pic of it.

I would fully reccomend this Company. Called and Dillon returned my call within 10 minutes and came over within 20 minutes. Had to finish another job and was back within an hour. Finished our job had to replace the spring and cables. Very polite and professional. I will never use another garage door company. I would rate this company 5+ Stars.
