He called within an hour of my email submission and scheduled the work at a convenient time. He was polite and provided valuable information. My faucet did not need to be replaced and he needed only to tighten one thing. Re: value, he did correct the problem, but I had to pay for a service call (over $100) for about 5 mins of work. I'm going to be a plumber in my next life!

Mr. Morgan (owner) performed the work following day after request was submitted. Arrived on time. Pipe to be replaced was situated in a very tight area, yet Mr. Morgan was able to cut, replace, and solder the new pipe without having to cut out any holes in my wall. I was very satisfied with the work, price, and time to get the job done. I will definitely use him again and will recommend to anyone else.
