They did a awesome job in removing the popcorn off the ceiling. Would recommend them to anyone wanting the same work done.

I appreciated his honesty, courteousness, and the way he performed on the job. He was a complete professional and was very concerned about the crack in the floor and did a great job replacing all of the tile. He was a fair man.

Bryan and his team were amazing. They repaired a very large opening in drywall, painted 2 walls and repaired a light fixture moving furniture and washer/dryer.....all in just over 2 hours! These 3 people work fast AND do a great job! I'm looking around for more projects to be done now that I know a Handyman I can trust.

Brian did a satisfactory job on all the ceilings and is now helping us with numerous other projects during our remodel. He has many good suggestions and we enjoy working with him. ***UPDATE *** Apparently we spoke too soon... His true colors and lack of expertise in areas came out as projects continued. Read other low rated reviews carefully as they are very accurate about his work habits and excuses. BEWARE - he will NOT stand behind his work. So much for trying to give work to the "small guy" that is family owned and operated. We would love to post pictures to show his inferior workmanship! Please read our other review.

Brian Morgan removed a pedestal sink and the mirror above it. He took out the old master bathroom vanity/sink and the mirror. He was able to be available on a moments notice to install my 2 bathroom vanities/sinks, that took forever to arrive. He also put up an over the toilet cabinet, hung a tilting mirror, a towel bar, a towel ring, and toilet paper. He was very professional and did the job in a reasonable amount of time. I have a few more projects and hope Brian will be available to do them.

Morgan Construction performed multiple small tasks on my rental property after a problem tenant moved out. The actual construction work and painting were done well. However, there were several tasks that were not completed. Several calls to Bryan and promises to complete the work were never fulfilled. Also, part of the work to be performed was cleaning the house -- not a very good job.

I would and have recommended Brian. They came in assessed the jobs, did them very well and I was 100% pleased. I had several things that needed done and they were all done up to and above my expectations.

Hr replaced a missing baseboard, painted 2 rooms Nf filled some craks. I will be using him again soon I hope. Thanks, Dale

Brian and his crew did a FANTASTIC job of cutting back our eaves and replacing the fascia.

The work if not performed with care may have resulted in more damage but Brian took care and it looks great.

They were very professional and did not over charge me for the work. I would hire them again in the future for up coming jobs we have pending.

Morgan came to my home quickly and completed the job of putting new handles and hinges on my kitchen cabinet doors and drawers. He, and his crew, then hung the doors properly, replaced the drawers, and also offered advice of having handles placed on an area< that didn&apos;t have handles before, which completed the look. They were professional, friendly, straight-forward, and did an excellent job. Also, they were reasonably priced. Glad I selected Morgan to perform the task.

Morgan came out on a Sunday. The only one to answer my request on an emergency door repair. His price was fair and he was professional. Cleaned up after. I will definitely use his services again should the need arise.

Morgan came right away and installed railings on both stairs. Only took about 1/2 hr. I received 5 est. and his was the best price and quick, and even reinforced one of the stairs. I will definitely hire him again for other projects.

Morgan came right away and fixed the broken toilet in no time. He also installed three ceiling fans in an efficient manner and was very courteous and clean.

The family team came early, assessed what needed to be done, and began working immediately. They worked quickly and cleaned up afterward. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them.

Job was to skim coat walls, install tray ceiling, trim, lighting and tile floor. Charged hourly I would not do this again due to problems, issues or delays. Get the project in writing, including who will dispose of construction waste. I found the overall relationship abusive of my time, money and good will, sorry to say. This project became extremely stressful for me as a widow. Multiple trips to the hardware store, specific requests exact voc primer, etc. Brian complained the box of drywall mud smelled funny, its not old. Felt I was dealing with a Prima Donna. Spoke highly of themselves, appeared to me that they made things up as they went. Will explain the tiles I bought were irregular, look like wood. They did not tell me the tiles were warped until they had gotten well along. Knowing this sooner, could have exchanged the whole lot. They suffered in silence, am sure with growing resentment, slowed them down and cost me money. Not cheaply priced tile, and I had not gotten it on sale, had to go get a lot more of it. A crack on the main bedroom floor was to be covered over with sealer, provided during a conversation to do this, they blew that off. They also didnt apply fabric over the seam between the two cement slabs going from rooms (precaution slabs expand/contract different rates). Hollow sound to many tiles indicating poor adhesion and not enough mortar. Some tiles have chips in them. There was a huge amount of waste, as we put them on a diagonal understood, but this was the max. My garbage cans were so full and heavy multiple times, I could not get them to the street, had to ask for help. I have never had to dispose of construction waste for any jobs done on this home. I offered the use of my residential garbage can, but they took this to the extreme, even though they had quite a big trailer of their own. They disposed of absolutely nothing on their own including their soda cups. In the end, a huge strain on me, old trim, carpet, packaging, etc. The project extended beyond estimates, out of town for sons award ceremony. They took a key from me and (I thought) we agreed they could continue work, we had house sitter present. They had not come at all. Grouted the office myself to get it done. They had other jobs during mine, the whole while that I was inconvenienced and sleeping on the couch, ok, but at least communicate and set expectations. I offered the use of my tile saw, drill with mortar mixing bit. They left mixing bit with mortar to dry causing difficult cleanup. They broke an irrigation line near saw. Is my husbands small memorial garden with a large landscape rock, which is now covered with mortar too. Issues with installing the LED lighting and flashing, which caused a lot of extra work on their part - paid for hourly. I was asked to go get can lights to go with fixtures they purchased, more time, money stress. Told them had to be able to get a/c vent covers off, son had to yank one out, re-drill holes, wall

Morgan did a great job repairing a broken window, changing a defective dimmer switch, installing a water line to the fridge and replacing a leaky garden faucet gasket. All projects were small except the water line. It required drilling holes through cabinets and running the line behind the stove. It took less than 2 hours to do all the work and cleanup (they vacuumed out the cabinets too!). They will always get my business for any handyman jobs i need done.
