Morley Roofing did a fantastic job replacing my roof, gutters, gutter guards, down spouts and window trim after the recent hailstorm here in the Prospect area. Kudos to the entire team including Forrest, Jake, James and Tim (as well as Tom, their go-to sheet metal & gutter guy). All were courteous and very professional with their work, clean-up and follow-up; they take pride in their work and genuinely want the homeowner to be satisfied when the job is completed. I paid $5,000+ for a new roof five years ago. Leaked from day one after completion of job. Too many attempts to remedy were unsuccessful and yesterday this is the result of their workmanship - see photos. Mr. Morley has not responded to my texts. Obviously I would not recommend this company and I would give them no stars if I could. Beware!

Our roof was looking poorly so we called Morley, and boy are we at Harbortown glad we did! We were a big job, and the workers were like the United States Postal Service(actually they were better than the USPS)…..through heat, rain, wind, snow, ice, cold and flood….they delivered! All the workers were so fun to watch! We actually looked forward to the “beep, beep” of the lifts being our morning wake-up call and the “buzz” of all the workers going about their business. The workers and, especially, Julio, both Tims and Kevin are like family now, and we will really miss them after their presence for so many months. Now our roof doesn’t look poorly because we called Morley! -Cherie

Jorge was very nice to work with. He was quick and thorough with his roof check, as well as his written estimate. He promptly did the repair (and even something else my mom pointed out that she had previously forgotten about) and was very kind to her (she is 84). I will absolutely use his services again.

I contacted Morley Roofing about an interior leak. They inspected the damage and I scheduled a time for them to meet with the insurance inspector. Insurance estimated the damages for the roof replacement and interior painting, and also suggested I get wind resistant shingles in order to receive a discount on my insurance premium. Kevin Morley was able to schedule the roof to be replaced about a week later. They were able to complete the roof in 1 day I had been waiting for him to get back with me on the painting, and an estimate on some other damage they noticed that the insurance didn't cover. I was also waiting for an invoice in the mail. Kevin finally called me about a month later and complained that I left him "holding the bag". I told him that I never received an invoice, and he said that I should have just sent him a check for the insurance estimate, which I couldn't do because he never even got back with me about the painting and I didn't know the exact price of the upgraded shingles that I had ordered. He then texted me an invoice that must have been sent to State Farm after the roof had been finished. This invoice also included $1,400 of interior painting that he never did. I had told Kevin before he even scheduled the work, that I had a form from State Farm that he needed to complete in order for me to receive the discount for the shingle upgrade. He still had not done this and had the nerve to tell me that he was doing me a favor by filling the form out, and that should not hold up his check.

It was exceptional good job.These guys are the best!! I talked to Chuck (the project manager) on tuesday morning,and by friday afternoon I had a new roof.They work with you're insurance company so you don't really have to get involved all that hassel.I would hire them again and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

I reached out to Chuck Braun with Morley Roofing last year. He came to our house to view our existing roof and to offer an estimate. Unfortunately, we had to postpone the roof replacement due to an unexpected HVAC replacement and plumbing issue. Chuck honored the previous quote and also accepted our 5% Angie’s List coupon. Morley’s roofers showed up on time and worked a 12-hour day the first day and a few hours the second day. They also did a great job of cleaning up their mess, and gutter cleaning was included! A friend has already used Morley’s based on our social media recommendation. Thanks again, Chuck and crew!

I own several investment properties and have used Morley Roofing for every roof that needs repaired and/or re-roofed. Our most recent need was a large rental home (one story) that had some wind and hail damage. Chuck met with our adjuster to point out the issues on the roof to make sure they weren’t overlooked. Because he met with the adjuster, we were able to get a new roof on our property. Morley truly cares about the homeowner and the investor alike. We refer them to our family and friends as much as possible. As a matter of fact, the just rgot places our nephews roof as well! Love this company!

The company worked with the insurance company, and took their estimate as the final cost. All it cost me was the price of some new wood, the deductible, and some new fans which I had installed at my own expense. The work was done quickly and there have been no problems so far. The respresentative was very responsive to my concerns.

One thing that was really positive is that they were very easy to work with, and met me where I was at to drop off some documents. They made the pre-work before the roof was put on really easy. Any questions I had were answered easily, and always got back to me really quickly when I texted them. They gave me an estimate before they started, and the cost at the end matched the initial estimate. There were about 3 or more employees who did the work. They told me they would be there early in the morning, and let us know when they got there so that we could move our cars. I was there in the morning, and evening. There was always a supervisor there. It took one day to finish (Approximately 12 hours), and I was impressed. They cleaned up after themselves very well. This was my first time using this company, and I would recommend them to anyone. They were very courteous, and honest.

This was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Chuck came to look at the roof and talked to me about what I wanted. Then, he came back and talked about the quote for the job. Kevin and the crew competed the job just a few days after I signed the contract,and they were able to finish the job in just one day because of the type of roof I have. We have a satellite dish, and the crew was so careful that it worked even after they removed and reinstalled it. I would recommend Morley Roofing to anyone.

Kevin Morley is one of the best contractors that I've ever worked with. He and his large crew showed up on time everyday and got the entire roof done in a weekend. The crew was professional, thorough, and cleaned up after the roof was finished. The project manager called me everyday to make sure everything was going smoothly and to my satisfaction. The roof turned out beautifully and I will definitely hire them again in the future.

They were great. They communicated well, were accessible, and very timely.

Also checked entire roof for other problems, pop-ups, and repaired. And cleaned out my gutters!!!! Went the extra mile. Bonus! Arrived a few minutes early instead of waiting all day, week on him.  Friendly. Very happy to recommend to others.

Five years ago Morley replaced the roof on our house. Last weekend I discovered small spots and moisture in the ceiling in our bathroom at the corner of the skylight. Monday morning I called Morley and that afternoon an employee came and repaired the leak. He replaced a nail that had deteriorated and repaired the area. He took before and after pictures that he showed me so I could see what the problem was and how it was corrected.  He was friendly and professional.   I was pleased with the quick response.

Mr Kevin Morley replaced a roof on my rental in Gibson road in the East side of Louisville. He has done other roofing jobs for me in the past. He is very good on price, crew shows up on time [early] and finishes the job the same day. I'm pleased with the final results and price. They cleaned up very well and they didn't leave a single piece of the old roof in the property.  I recommend them 100%
