Carl was on time to look at our roof damages He worked well with our insurance company We liked his team, they were professional and very nice. Carl visited the site to review progress several times He also added vents not included by insurance no charge

Called numerous roofing contractors. Most did not even return my call. Several looked at the job and gave me vague answers like "I'll have my roofing guy fix whatever is needed." CH Roofing showed me exactly where water was getting in and what repairs were needed as the work was underway.

I never met Carl the owner. The workers were fast. David is a wonderful person. He had to handle everything. He fixed my leaks until the new roof got put up. I rated a four because Carl has not came out to see how the job was done and he owes me two skylights that have not been replaced and it's been a week since the new roof has been put up.

Metal Roofing - Repair
My old metal roof fell apart during a windstorm in the foothills just as winter was coming on. Upon contacting C H Roofing, the owner immediately sent David up to do emergency repairs and arrange the new roof installation. David kept in close contact throughout the process and was honest and hard working. I am thrilled with the final results.

David came out a couple of days after making the appointment. He appears to be honest, soft-spoken and anything but a hard-sell person. He was interrupted by rain and couldn't finish the job on the same day. But he elected to come back on a Sunday to finish up. He is a neat worker. I would certainly recommend his company and him, in particular for any roofing repair job, no matter the size.

Very nice owner, the worker was very nice too. The work was done in a timely manner. But if you want a receipt you have to ask for one to be emailed to you. I would definitely use them again.

Traditional Tile Roofing Repair
They did an excellent, high quality repair of our tile roof. Carl came out right away and provided a very reasonable estimate and scheduled the repair work right away. The roof repair was high quality and very thorough. Fixed the problem and also checked to make sure everything else was OK. Would recommend to anyone looking for roof repair.

Wood Shake or Composite Roofing - Repair
They under estimated the roof size and came up short on materials. They did how ever honor the quoted price. It took them weeks to get the material and finish my roof. Then we got a letter stating my house would have a lien against it if the materials were not paid for. They did take care of it but that should never have happened.

"This is in essence true, Due to a substantial amount of growth some bills were paid out of sequence. The timely payment of this bill was overlooked and our supplier sent out a notice of intent to file a lien for the material. The bill was paid immediately and the lien was never actually filed. I have since added an office manager to keep this sort of thing from never happening again. As far as the 3 rating for quality goes, i have had no complaints from the customer regarding quality and they have in fact a 10 year parts and labor warranty guaranteeing the quality of the work."
