Bathroom Remodel
Contractors and workers was very professional, contractors communicated with my insurance for additional funds needed, and updated me on each step on the repairs being made from purchqsing parts to the installation process.

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
The delay on my addition was mainly the fault of a sub that was hired. The job was completed ok

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
I had requested special four foot high doors to be installed in a over the garage bonus addition in order to access a storage area. At the time of the contract, it was no problem. As the project progressed it became my problem to find a manufacturor and pay for the doors. The contractor also had major problems with the sub-contractors that performed the actual work. The air sub-contractor came two weeks late so the job started late. The subcontractor that installed the ceiling, sheetrock, painting, etc. was very unreliable and work had to be performed multiple times in order to have a decent quality to it.

The process started out great. We were both on the same page. After receiving the 3rd draw, everything dropped off. The project was 2 mths overdue with several things that had to be redone. Project mgmt was awful and I rec'd invoices for work that had not been done. I called constantly to find out where we were and how we were to move forward. Lack of communication and finger pointing was a big issue. Internal company problems also facilitated our problems. My space looks good and satisfactory, but it took close scutiny at every turn to get it to an acceptable point. I will not use them on any other projects.

Could not match white tile. Used my tools and cleaning equipment without permission. Uneven color distribution in replaced tiles. Unprofessional results.

I was disappointed with the way I personally was treated. I felt that if I was a "man" service would have been completed in a timely manner. Because my husband was not present they took extra long breaks and would leave early which resulted in the job not being completed on time. Final payment was received before the job was completed and it took a few weeks for them to return to finish my bathroom. So I was without use of my bathroom for a while, which was a nuisance.

We hired them and every thing is going very well. I will update the rating when the work is completed.

We were extremely unhappy with this contract and ended up ordering them out of our home. It was not done in the time frame originally agreed to nor at the time of day requested resulting in a medical respiratory problem for the children. The 1st man out was extremely late in arriving and was very sloppy - putting things in our commode which caused a slight problem and dropping putty on the floor and in the tub. The brand new tub walls were left filthy. The job was not completed.
