Morris Inspections answered my request for service immediately, scheduled appt. & arrived on time. Made a complete inspection of the mold in question. Confirmed it was not black mold. Then complete inspection of my condo was then conducted. Excellent service and I highly recommend .

Very professional a Morris home Inspections representative contacted me immediately because of the mold we were worried. Homer from Morris came within day took mold samples and had them sent out to the Lab. He was knowledgeable about mold and indoor air quality we are now at ease knowing what steps too take.

Mold & Toxic Material Test
He charged $150 for showing up to look at my closet. Told me to clean it with bleach and spray it with a mold spray ($9) from home depot and left 15 minutes later. He wouldn't tell me what his charge would be when leaving and didn't offer it in advance.

"It was a pleasure to work with you, but we are sorry that you were not satisfied. As always, our fees were discussed up front on our initial phone conversation about the flat fee of $150.00 for the inspection and that additional fees may apply if testing were required. We responded within 24 hours from our initial phone contact to offer our services. We thoroughly discussed with you about the possible cause, and also about how to remedy the situation. When asked about payment before leaving, we said that "We could send an invoice for our services" and everyone was happy with the process. Once again, we are sorry for any miscommunication."

I recommend Hamer Morris, the owner of Morris Home Inspections,Inc. without reservation. I appreciated his commitment to performing an extensive, thorough inspection of the exterior and interior of my home. Hamer readily communicated verbally components of his inspection and his findings. He was an educator for me, as the homeowner of a "new construction" home! I am more knowledgeable about details of my home that are functioning well, as well as those aspects that need correction from the builder. Mr. Morris completed a very thorough home inspection. He is courteous, professional and considerate of his customers. Communication with us was very important as we are 600 miles away from the home we are purchasing. Our home inspection noted items even down to nail pops which may be cosmetic but it shows how thorough Mr. Morris is. Morris Home Inspections receives a AAA+ rating from the initial contact through followup on recall items and even an offer to double verify whether or not an appliance was actually recalled.
