He called when he realized that he was going to be a few minutes late. Didnâ t leave me wondering. Although, he was less than 10 minutes late. He was very courteous, remembered having addressed a lock issue with my Momâ s house years ago when my dad had Alzheimer's and kept trying to escape. Very efficient and reasonably priced.
