He talks too much and keeps trying to get you to spend more money on things he was not intended to work on.

"If talking too much Mr. David is answering YOUR questions and telling you where all your problems are that I was seeing for what was supposed to be an asphalt shingle repair which turned into a gutter cleaning which was not a walkable but rope n hand harness pitch or ladder work plus you asked if $100 was enough for us to do it and that wasn't happening but because there was a leak that couldn't be ignored that we got what we agreed on because he's selling his mothers home and didn't want anything he had to spend his money on, I'm sure is what he stated. But I can say he at least covered our expenses. I enjoy putting roofs over friends new and old heads so they stay dry and siding from vinyl to cement board known as hardy board as well as hardy plank pretty much as long as I been at it there very few things I can say that I can't do but plus I enjoy seeing the smiles following us finishing their project.anytime you need help"
