"Rightfully so, homeowner is upset. So is Morris Window and another 108 Schuco Window dealer's all got "stuck" when Schuco USA closed there doors suddenly. Their was nothing anyone can do, accept by a new window at cost and install it for free, he said no. "Matter of fact" we had over 3 mill $$ invested in the Schuco name over 9 year relationship, we lost alot an never got a bad report like this."
"The materials we use are always the same, we never change vendors. There was no talk about lowering any price. We promise nothing, it is all in writing. This he said, she said was crazy. There are some people you can never please,..I will leave it at that."
"Customer would not listen to us. Homeowner built a bay window himself on the 3rd floor of a brick house and wanted the brick to stay, he could not understand that we needed a stone mason and since this elder man was a retired stone mason he knew everything,...We could not nor could any company make this man happy. He kept telling us, do you know who I am?"
"Now this person has a reason to be mad,..However the person responsible for this horrible mess is no longer at Morris and has recently went in the business for himself. The job was fixed completely to the satisfaction of the customer about two years ago in 2006"
"This is all do to the fact Schuco went out of business, there was nothing anyone could have done, as I said in another response, 108 window dealer all got "stuck" when this happen, we are sorry and hope that the customer can see that we to lost since we had 3 million $$ invested in the Schuco name over 9 nine years and were left out in the cold, at least this custom got what they paid for, not us."
