This company does not stick with their quoted cost. We were quoted $800 for moving and disposing of furniture due a move and 2 weeks later, we were charged an additional $500 as they needed more time than what was quoted. Feel that the salesperson should have given a more accurate time allotment as we did not add anything to the job after we accepted the quote and the estimator walked the home and saw the scope of work. The workers themselves were great! Very courteous and efficient. The error is solely on the part of the estimator. In my experience (personally, professionally) when you agree to a quoted cost, that is what you are responsible to pay. How could we know the cost was going to be so high, we would not have used this company. We did voice our dissatisfaction to the estimator, but only received a token credit of $160 as they said we agreed to the additional cost when we signed off on the service ticket. The ticket did not have any additional costs and the crew member that had us sign the ticket said that our signature just shows that the work was done. Poor customer service.

Our in-home quote was fair and proved accurate...our Moving Team even beat the quoted hours.They confirmed times the day prior as promised. We were impressed at how carefully the moving team prepped the house to protect our flooring. The crew headed by Mike was professional, polite and competent. We were moving into a storage facility and they carefully wrapped all the furniture and maximized the space. We plan to hire them again for the move from storage to our new home.

Quoting and reserving the day was a relatively easy process but communication was all with the Lansing Michigan office and not a local one. The almost daily calls to confirm were on the annoying side, however the woman at the office making the calls did alert me to the location of my lost phone, I didn’t even realize was lost which was awesome. Day of move the guys were about an hour late with no call or update and when I called Lansing it took a little while to get more info since they were a different office. The guys did not note arrival time on their sheet (I’ll get back to this later). Once they arrived they knew what they were doing and worked quickly and efficiently to get my stuff protected and loaded. Then off to my new house to unload which also went smoothly. Finished a half hour earlier then expected. Then it was paperwork time - since they didn’t record the time they are arrived they asked me and I had to guess- my guess was then used to calculate their time. Not the worst movers I’ve dealt with but not the best either.

They showed up with 2 men to move a huge conference table and 12 chairs. They werent sure if or how they were going to get moved. They called in 2 more men. At least one of those two knew what they were doing. Because of their error on not sending enough men to begin with, we were charged almost 3-4 times the original quote. I will never use them again.

Crew arrived as scheduled and worked efficiently. They were careful not to damage my items or either home. There was communication with rhe main office throughout the scheduling and moving process.

4/2/19 Movers arrived on time and were easy to work with. I watched as my furniture with drawers or glass was wrapped in plastic wrap and then in a quilted wrapper. After loading my furniture and many boxes the truck was closed up and I met them at my apartment to unload. As my furniture was moved in and unwrapped the mover and I both noticed a severe abrasion along the sides of my end table. He took pictures and noted on the invoice. Because there were many boxes crammed into the small area, I did not see the damage to my Tell City cabinet. I waited to be contacted, but did not receive any, so I called the Indianapolis office and spoke to the manager(Steve)He requested my phone number and asked if there was notation on the invoice and I replied yes and also pictures were taken. He stated *someone would contact me*. The end of April I again called the office and spoke to the Claims person who told me you only have so many days after notification to respond with your claim, but since she could not see any attempt to contact me she was e-mailing me a claim form that I should return as soon as possible and *someone would contact me*. 5/1 faxed form back to her 5/6 Was finally able to get a repair estimate for table of $225. to $525. Faxed information to claims. Called to see if fax was received, she asked me how much the table weighed (?) and did I increase the insurance? (When I called Michigan office to get a quote, I specifically asked about damage and was told *we move a lot of antiques* nothing was mentioned about my needing to buy further insurance). I was informed by claims that the normal payment was $.60/lb. When I asked when I could expect to receive an answer, I was told 2-3 weeks. I recommend to each and every person selecting a Mover to get a copy of your responsibilities and theirs and read the Fine Print. Also, check on the insurance, in my case it might have changed the outcome and cost of repairs. Take a picture of every scratch and or dent before the movers leave and contact claims yourself as soon as possible. DO NOT JUST TRUST THE MOVING COMPANY S NAME OR VERBAL INFORMATION

They arrived on time. They were nice. They moved everything without damaging anything but it took them forever! Slowest movers I have ever seen. I have moved 2 other times in last 5 years, exact same furniture and have always done it in under 3 hours. These guys took 5 hours plus hour for travel. Thank goodness I did not ask them to move any boxes! I was only basically a 1 BR apartment size move ⠦⠦.5 HOURS plus 1 hour move!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN.

They were hard workers, never stopped and finished earlier than planned.
