Mortech Appliance Repair

Had refrigerator serviced. The part didn't work. Was told I would be refunded $150 out of $200 paid, never received a refund after 2 calls trying to get it back. Had to replace the refrigerator, so no, I would never call again or use this service again.

Excellent service. My initial request was for refrigerator repair (not worth fixing) but Morris also provided a solution for an ignition problem on my gas range. Would definitely recommend.

They responded quickly. The service person did a great job.

(1) yes, the worker was very competent; HOWEVER, (2) During the course of his task (repairing the dryer), HE ACCIDENTALLY broke the handle bar of the dryer. He took responsibility of that accident and offered to get a new, replacement handle bar. Unfortunately, he could not find a store that carries this kind of handle bar; he got a temporary (can only be partially attached to the dryer) handle bar which cannot be attached properly to the dryer, and can was only to be used temporarily, until a correct one can be found. Originally the worker hoped to get the replacement handle on the next day; but it is now 5 days...….. I must point out that the worker was absolutely sincere and responsible, and he assured me he will get the correct replacement handle, eventually; and I trust him. I do plan on using him/his company for future Appliance Repair projects/jobs; ABSOLUTELY; I mean it and I highly recommend his work!!

Came the same day. Had to order a part, but was back the next day for installation. Refrigerator cools again!

I hired to have my dryer repaired. The serviceman left a message; my linoleum floor was so dirty, it took me about 7 times going over it to get all the greasy dirt off. No personality of this guy - no smile, etc.

The technician was knowledgeable and did well at troubleahooting and figuring out what was wrong with my appliances. Both diagnoses were correct.

Fixed our ice maker and drinking water on our fridge. Had to order part and came back promptly the next day. Good job, but very expensive.

Morris was professional and friendly, arrived on time and diagnosed the problem. He located a hard to find part for my GE refrigerator, then drove 20 miles out of his way to pick it up, with no extra charge. Fridge is fixed, runs great. He may not have been the cheapest I could find but he was up front about the cost, didn't try to gouge me and was very professional. Would definitely use Mortech again.
