I hired Altan to tile my home and I have had a few problems with the work that was done, the tile work that was done on the kitchen back splash was not installed properly, nothing aligns up, tile is missing in areas, need caulk where the back splash meets the counter top, corners are very inconsistent, he also took the upstairs toilet out to tile the floor, and now I have a water stain on the ceiling that needs more repair, threshold missing on the bath floor, they did fix some of the things but the work that was done in the kitchen they refuse to correct, now I am in the process of hiring somebody else to repair the work that I did not approve, the most disappointing thing about the job was he never owned up to any of the problems he created and he is the professional plus he is asking me to pay for some things twice because they messed up the work and had to redo it

I also offer my services to come back to address deficiencies but you refused .You also threaten not to close your area so did not give me any chance to work with you. I have never ever such as experienced before .I did not get my payments not just that I also spent extra money from my pockets to install vinyl flooring two times as well as paint the ceiling"

Alton is the best. High quality work at a fair price. Looked at the job in the morning and came back the same day to complete it. Accommodated my schedule. Will absolutely use him in the future. Will have a bigger project for him soon.

The representative showed up on time and was able to assess the damage done to my drywall from outside rain. He sealed the outside of the window to ensure the rain would stop coming in and patched the drywall. Very professional representation and I would definitely use them again for future projects.
