It was clear that the work I wanted done went through a General/Sub Contractor route which is ok if they would have communicated. There was clear confusion between the expectations of the Sub verses the General about what the technician was to do on site and as a follow-up with regards to a quote for the remaining work. I was rescheduled 3 times to get the technician to my house which was challenging from an availability standpoint. The technician was a nice guy, and appeared to be knowledgable, but he spent most of the visit working on an outside spigot which started leaking after he connected his pressure monitor to it. After an hour nothing was fixed from my initial request. I received an invoice for the Service call for $150, which was twice the amount I originally agreed to with the General Contractor (Mosaic), plus the quote for the work I wanted done was very inflated. I ended up calling a local plumber recommended by a friend of mine and he was very professional, friendly, sharp, efficient, and did a Great job for less than 1/2 the bid from Mosaic.

Very knowledgeable organization. Each person we met was experienced and helpfull during the installation and our own changes we desired.

Superior was very courteous and prompt with estimates and they were able to start our project quickly. A couple of the subcontractors were less reliable, but Superior took responsibility and corrected any issues.

The crew and their work was great. They were very professional, flexible, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the end result. When we found a few areas that needed more attention, they were quick to resolve them and offered to come back again if need be. We look forward to having Superior handle more projects at our home in the near future.

What was to be a 2 week project was finished in 7+ weeks. Communications were spotty, and they wanted to be paid before the job was finished, and when we said we would pay when the job was finished, they became very unprofessional. What started as a very congenial relationship turned into a real headache. Some of their subs were very sloppy, and they left the place with the need of a major cleaning. Materials were not ordered in advance and waiting for supplies and suppliers held up the project unneccesarily. Once the project was finally finished, I received the most unprofessional email that I can imagine. Just unbelievable.

Dave was great at getting the contract done quickly and working with us to get all we needed for us. We have not had him do the work yet because we are selling our home but we will definitely use him for this and/or other projects in the future.

They have been very helpful and reasonable with their pricing. I will use them in the future.

Carport is not finished yet, but the landscaping project exceeded my expectations. Mike went out of his way to take care of myself, & that is really appreciated. The guys that were on the job were courteous, hard working, & took the time to make sure that everything was cleaned up & looked nice at the end of the day.

The job done was excellent; I was very pleased with when it was complete. It looked good, neat, and professional.

Made me feel like I was the side job. No projection dates given. Workers did not show at times. Days went by with no work being accomplished. Damage was done to personal property during demolition work by contractors people, when mentioned to contractor and field supervisor they stated that they had estimate for kitchen, (walls and ceiling) tear out. I decided not to have ceiling removed, paid contractor for whole job with the faith that overages would be returned Contractor refused to return overages stated that a credit would be given on future job although this was not agreed on or written into the contract. Contractor has given neither

floors were done very professionally; employee who did floors did great job of providing helpful perspective for decision making. there is a crack in one of toe strips but was told they'd come back to fix

Pretty good experience in general. Some details that were added to the original work description (change orders) created some issues by not be clear enough on the vision from the owner and understanding by Superior Home Equity (S.H.E.), however S.H.E. was always willing to accept comments and changes suggested from the home owners. May need to improve finishing (cabinet doors, details on the trims/carpet, paint), but Superior Home Equity did a good effort to fix/improve what was requested by the owners.

Very Helpful with great service.

The profession installed a new ceramic floor in kitchen. This job was done very good and looks great. The professional also installed carpet and this job was performed with some of it needing to be redone. He was happy to repair what needed to be fixed with no problems! The professional was a very nice, businesslike man. I enjoyed my experience with him. I will definitely use him again for future projects.
