Everything about our Experience with Alberto and Mosaic was terrific. Alberto is a true pro and a pleasure to deal with. The process from quote to finish was very well organized and the work was done with an eye toward detail and flawlessly executed. Couldn t be happier with the quality and value.

Had Mosaics Grout clean, color and seal showers, tub and floors in 2 bathrooms. Finished work looked great and addressed grout cracks I had in the shower. Alberto was quick to respond to my request and did the work within a week. Very happy with his work. Would call him again and recommend to others.

Tiles were ruined on the shower floor by electric tools. Grout falling out on the shower floor after 6 days. On the shower walls new grout was placed on top of old grout. He did not wait until grout was dry before sealing with caulk. Caulk shrinking away and not adhering. He said it was a special caulk that the grout would dry beneath it. Water is now pouring out on the base of the shower doors because the caulk he put has shrunk away. He then said that maybe I needed a new shower floor and for $1200 (cash) his father would install this. Fortunately Home Advisor has an excellent customer solutions department and ruled in my favor!

Based on reviews I hired Mosaic to repair and clean tile in an old bathroom as well as a fireplace surround. Their cleaning was superficial, the caulking was amateurish, and they didn't even attempt to clean the tile in the leaking floor area. The owner clearly lacks basic tile repair knowledge, as he was confused when I suggested using an acidic cleaner to remove some old grout haze that was within the scope of the project. I'm a retired builder and I'm embarrassed to having paid two amateurs with a $100 steam cleaner $350 for one hour and forty five minutes of mediocre house cleaning. Probably the worst value I have ever received for a service. Homeadvisor should implement the ability to attach photos to these reviews.

The promptness to my request.

Floor is in much worse condition and shape now than it was before we hired Mosaic Grout and Tile Solutions. They used a very heavy industrial buffing machine to remove the grout therefore causing many more tiles to pop and loosen. Eventually we went up onto our kitchen floor, 54 hours later, and there was around 30 percent missing grout.

Antonio was fantastic. He replied quickly to a job that I needed to be completed within 2 days. He and his workmate made my kitchen floors, bathroom tub and floors, shower tile and grout look great! We had a tenant move out who left the place in rough condition. He was super professional and followed up with the job to make sure I was pleased with the result. He put in lots of hours of labor and was able to accommodate me on Labor Day Weekend! When I realized I needed more work done than I had anticipated, he happily accepted the additional tasks and time and at an extremely reasonable and discounted cost. I am blown away by his professionalism and speed and quality workmanship. Give him a try, you’ll be as happy as I am! He was the first company I hired from the Home Advisor platform and it definitely upped my confidence to using the platform more often — I have hired additional HA’s to perform other jobs as a result! Alberto was everything you expect when you hire someone to do work in your home. He was on time, explained the processes and why, and protected the surrounding area so not to create a mess. The marble countertop in a small bathroom looks new ! i also had Alberto do the kitchen granite countertop and it looks brand new as well!

Alberto was personable and friendly, but most importantly he did an amazing job on both showers and kitchen floor, I wouldn't hesitate calling mosaic grout and tile solutions again!
