Originally we called Moseley's to clean our wood stove insert and chimney. Our stove was so old (40+), that by today's standards it was not connected properly let alone safe to burn anything in. Therefore no one would clean it for insurance liability issues. Moseley's technician left information and catalogs with us, no high pressure sales, just good old fashioned info. After checking a few sources we called Moseley's and ordered a wood stove insert. The following week it was installed. Their employees were professional, worked quietly, cleaned up the area and left us with very helpful information about 1st time usage, etc.

The tech who came out to clean and inspect the fireplace was knowledgeable and courteous. He was prompt, and after inspecting the fireplace was honest about the fact that it really didn't need a sweep, so I was only charged for the inspection.

They didn't force an option that they recommended to have completed and it was under the price that they thought it was going to be. They were aware of new carpet very clean they did a great job.

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
