Moser Electric is fantastic! We needed electrical work done to our home in Salem in Oct 2025. The technicians (Aiden and Jordan) were tremendous! They quickly assessed what we wanted completed, calculated the cost, and asked us if we wanted to proceed. They went out of their way to get the required item as we did not have one available. They were very knowledgeable in their specialty and displayed the highest standards of customer service. We will definitely use Moser Electric again and specifically ask for Aiden and Jordan to return. We highly recommend you contact Moser Electric as your 1st call for electrical work around the home!!

Prompt and Professional. Kitchen remodeling necessitated an unexpected service upgrade to accommodate new appliances & meet code requirements. Office staff was courteous and coordinated a site survey that enabled Moser to assess the scope of work, provide a cost estimate and schedule a fairly extensive job within 2 weeks. This work was completed on-time and within budget. A second effort involved troubleshooting a wiring issue. Moser's technician identified and corrected the problem quickly at a reasonable cost. The old wires were all removed and the job site was left in good condition.

There was a lot of repairs at my rental unit they were able to fix everything as I asked they were nice enough to come back on a super day to address further issues without any additional charges. Thank you guys for everything

Timely fast and efficient

The work was done with as little noise as posable. They got along with our dog very well and cleaned up their mess. Respectful to us, all around great job and team.

I am very pleased with the completed work. Also, the service man gave me a lot of additional information concerning preventative maintenance that I can do to keep my water heater in excellent condition.

My service was scheduled between 3pm and 4pm I had to contact them and ask where the plumber was. Then to find out at 3:30 pm the plumber is out sick and would not make the scheduled appointment. Leaving no time to get another backup. I would not recommend

Professional

Daniel was great! He came out to our house twice and both times was very professional. He fixed our clogged bathroom sinks and our bathroom shower, which was dripping water everywhere. He even showed us how to maintain the sink with hot water, vinegar, and baking soda to keep it from getting clogged up again. It was a little pricey but worth it to have sinks and a shower that work again!!

The men who represented the company were very professional and skilled at what they did. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had several plumbing problems which were repaired. Answered my calls in a timely fashion. Was a pleasure to have someone so knowledgeable come and correct my problems.

I liked the fact that several young people were involved in my project who appeared to be still in apprenticeship roles under a lead contractor who showed an interest in their development

When I went on Homeadvisor and filled in the information, I hit enter and the phone rang. It was the secretary from Moser Electric. WOW! talking about fast service. Daniel came to fix the leaky faucet. He was such a nice guy. My husband and I have trouble walking, Daniel had to go to the truck said he would get our mail out of the box. We really appreciated it. He went above and beyond his duty, shows character. He is very knowledgeable and explained to my understanding, everything he plan to do. He had suggestions so this problem would not happen again. I was expecting this to be an expensive job but it was not. If I have any more problems in the future I will be calling Moser Electric.
