Good value for standard job

Came to look at the job and listened carefully to my questions and answered them professionally and honestly. He made suggestions on how best to complete the project and gave me a few options keeping my budget number in consideration. He was prompt and cleaned up once he completed the project.

He was good. He was very nice, polite and professional.

Overall a job well done.

Molding matched up. Did not do this job painted over the mismatched molding and told me I wouldnt notice once it was painted. I notice I will now have to pay to have the original task done and the paint touched up because they painted over the mismatched molding. I have newly refinished floor Dave wiped up floor with rag filled with white paint and water....still cleaning that up. Insisted on cash for the job ($950.00) never gave me a written estimate and never adjusted the cost for the work not done (molding) other work okay. I was hoping this service was good because I have a lot of other jobs but I can't use, just cant trust work.

They came right out that weekend to look at the roof. They came, they fixed, they left. Roof doesn't leak.

DAVID MOSER TRIED TO REPAIR FLAT ROOF WHICH WAS LEAKING INTO THE APT BELOW. LESS THAN 6 MTHS LATER THE LEAK REOCCURRED. IT WAS NEVER DONE CORRECTLY BECAUSE THE HOLE THAT HE MADE WAS HIGHER THE THAN FLAT ROOF THUS LEAVING STADING WATER FOR DAYS AND WEEKS. VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED - I CALLED LAST WEEK TO COME BACK AND FIX THIS PROBLEM AND HE HAS NEVER RETURNED MY NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS. HE HAD TOLD ME THAT IF I HAD ANY PROBLEMS THAT HE WOULD COME BACK AND REMEDY THE PROBLEM, BUT NO RESPONSE.

David Moser is great! He's professional, to the point and solved my problem quickly and without any extra costs. My project required flashing on a roof that had been installed recently without adequate flashing, which caused leaking. Another professional diagnosed the problem but found other issues that he recommended be fixed as well. If I had chosen him I would have spent almost four times what I spent with Dave, who recognized all of the same problems but found more practical and inexpensive ways to solve them. I highly recommend Moser Enterprises for solving construction and roofing problems, and intend to use him in the future.
