Mosier Well Services

Had low water pressure. Matt came out to work on my pump. Said I needed a new well bladder tank, so he replaced that, replaced my pressure gauge on the pump, and checked the valve. He was here for most of the day and his girlfriend sat in his car in our driveway waiting for him to finish. Finally, in the late afternoon, he said he needed to run an errand, but would be back in about 2 hours to finish up the job. HE DID NOT RETURN, HE DID NOT CALL, HE DID NOT RETURN MY CALLS.! I sent a text to his Dad who owns the company asking him to have his son call me. He did not respond to my text and his son never did call me back. Needless to say, I paid Matt $950 for the work he had done and was going to pay the rest when he finished. However, as I said, I never saw or heard from Matt again, AND the work he did not do anything to fix our problem. We STILL had the same low water pressure. I do not know what kind of work the owner does, but do not EVER let his son in your house!
