His advice was good, his personality was likable and I liked that he was able to put us at ease about the issues our home has. I haven't received his written report yet, which it's been 5 days, so I am a little bothered by that...otherwise, good job.

Mr. Mosely business ethics were very poor and very disturbing. He was very unprofessional while communicating with me in my home. Single women beware. HomeAdvisor I paid for a service, but received sexual harassment.

Mr. Mosley arrived promptly, was polite and very thorough. He carefully assessed the problem, explained and showed me exactly what was happening and explained what would have to be done to correct the problem. He then mailed a detailed report. I recommend him highly.

Mr. Mosley is a true gentleman, and obviously knows his craft. I'm a Mechanical Engineer and hired him as I wanted a Structural Engineer's professional opinion related to a wall I planned to remove. He went beyond what I was seeking and provided valuable advice, a stamped engineering drawing of a proposed solution, and even crawled around in my attic with me for a half hour. I consider his fee a bargain. I highly recommend Mosley Services and would bring them in on any future projects without hesitation.

Mr. Mosley is very direct and honest. I am very happy I hired him. He saved me thousands upon thousands of unnecessary repairs that contractors were telling me I needed. He took a load off my mind and I can now continue with my updating. He also has a great sense of humor, which made the experience that much more enjoyable.
