His advice was good, his personality was likable and I liked that he was able to put us at ease about the issues our home has. I haven't received his written report yet, which it's been 5 days, so I am a little bothered by that...otherwise, good job.

Mr. Mosely business ethics were very poor and very disturbing. He was very unprofessional while communicating with me in my home. Single women beware. HomeAdvisor I paid for a service, but received sexual harassment.

I can only say I am flatter that an 80 year old man sexually harass a single 40 year old woman in a house with her mother and two adult sons.
