Even though I ended up not needing the in-person removal after all, the person I spoke with was calm, kind, and ready to help right away. He talked me through the situation over the phone, genuinely cared about the bees, and made me feel supported during a really stressful moment. That kind of integrity and responsiveness is rare—and I’ll absolutely be calling him again if I need help in the future. Highly recommend!
