I called because we had been having wasp in the house and didn't know how they were getting in. He could not find out how either but he assured me he felt like it was over for now because of course after I called it didn't happen again for 3 days and its been a week and a half now without wasp. He did not charge us for coming out. He was patient and reassuring.
