Moss Custom Flooring and Blinds

Hired Moss Custom Flooring & Blinds. They came out to my mother's home the same day. My mother was able to pick out the Laminate flooring. Took time & very curtious. The only thing I & my mother had to a bad vibe about, was the installer. He didn't like coming so far to do the job & did the quarter round was a shotty job. I would recommend this company to anyone. Debbie Moss and her husband are wonderful people & have a great working ethnic, with their customer.

We built a home with Jubilee, and used Moss for our floors and master shower. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! We ended up working together on this project for almost a year...starting with my first phone call and showroom visit in December 2016, and finally finishing up the house in November 2017. He was very helpful and understanding, bending over backwards to accommodate my decision-making process (and many changes, ha!) and helping us find options that met our budget needs. We ended up with ceramic tile in all rooms but the bedrooms, lovely carpet in the bedrooms, and a beautiful master shower. Richard Gibbs did all of the installation, and his work was top-notch! He is truly a craftsman. I would definitely recommend Moss Flooring to anyone who needs flooring or tile work!

David Moss was very attentive to what flooring needs we were looking for. Had two bedrooms and bonus room carpeted and vinyl plank flooring installed throughout remaining flooring. The flooring selections look great although contractor recommended by Mr. Moss has yet to resolve the subfloor unevenness. But overall, we are pleased with the flooring selection and installation and would happy to recommend this company.

Moss removed a fiberglass shower from our 2nd floor, repaired the wood subfloor, built a new tile shower, and tiled bathroom floor. Richard Gibbs did the work and was Awesome! I hired Tommys Glass to install a new glass shower door and they commented that who ever did the tile work did an excellent job. The shower door fit perfectly because the tile was installed squarely from the floor to the ceiling. We are very pleased and satisfied with Moss Custom Flooring and Blinds.

David was very professional. He provided all the info I need to get the Carpet done in two bedrooms. The Install on time and did an excellent job. Very please with the work and would recommend this company too any one.

David Moss was very responsive to all of our needs and requests. He priced the job just right. His installer, David, did an excellent job and worked as if he was installing at his own home with perfection! Exceeded expectations!!!

David was very professional and provided excellent installation. We are very pleased with our new hardwood floors. There were a few problems and he made it right. The outcome was perfect and I am very pleased.

This was carpet replacement in two separate rental properties. Incorrect measurements resulted in lack of carpet being ordered. This would have delayed installation outside my window of time. David obtained additional similar carpet that would let the installer complete the job in the allotted time. Was a little disappointed the measurements weren't double checked by installer before carpet was ordered. My wife and I wound up moving furniture, re-installing bedding, minor cleanup to make sure the property was rental ready before we had to leave town.( Not a big deal). The price was adjusted some by David for the cheaper carpet that had to be used.

Had a problem some planks are coming up. Call 2 times left messages and he never returned my calls. I think he lost my daughters business because he never return our calls

Quality materials, quick and friendly sales person and excellent installation make this flooring job a pleasure for the homeowner. I highly recommend.

David was very professional and provided us with both additional information of the area and local service providers for other projects. I would definitely use him again on other projects.
