We requested a quote for the installation of two exterior doors, we accepted it with the stipulation of the day on which the work would begin. Only one door arrived, the second was out of stock, so we asked for an update to the quote, for a single door installation only. The day before starting the work, this company simply told us that the price would be the same for a single door instead of two doors, which makes no sense whatsoever. They took a long time to answer each of my questions, which we considered to be unprofessional. Neither communication nor professional ethics have been present in a simple door installation estimate. They also made fun of us by sending us a final quote for the same project for $3158 instead of less than $1200 of the initial quote to install two doors. A total waste of time to have called this company which is not trustworthy. Very disappointing and frustrating situation. Be aware!

They were very helpful to me. They picked up the vinyl flooring and delivered it to me the night before the job got started next morning. Price was reasonable. Also, the name of the company is Modern House Construction. Not Mother. You may want to change it on the computer. Thanks.
