I hired them to move a one bedroom apartment to another apartment complex. Extremely professional. The two ladies I spoke to in the office were very helpful and responded quickly to my questions. The movers were great! They worked really hard and got the move done in less than 2 hours. Tadarian, Red, and David never stopped working. They were very friendly and courteous. I will use them again when the time comes to move out of the apartment.

These guys were very professional, courteous and completed the move quickly. They took care to put the furniture exactly where I wanted. When I need movers again, Motivated Movers will be the ones I call.

No I would not recommend. After I left them a voice-mail at 5:46 PM yesterday evening confirming my appointment for this morning, they canceled my move. Why? Because my soon to be Ex husband thought it would be awesome to cancel my movers. NOT ME!! HIS name is not on the work order and yes we have the same last name...that is no so uncommon!! Mistakes happen, but Per Chris, THE GENERAL MANAGER. Well, you should call you ex then. or He had the same last name. My son and I will be without our beds for not sure how long because you guys allow just anyone to cancel your services even if the person who placed the order confirmed the order after HER ex decided to sabotage it. So explain that Mr. Chris, with the quick little mouth!!! You canceled my order, but you also heard my VM confirming my appointment  I stated Michelle McDaniel on the VM. The same name that was on the work order....THE ONLY AUTHORIZED PERSON ON THE CONTRACT YOUR BUSINESS EMAILED. When I explained this, Mr. quick tongue blatantly said. Well good luck finding other movers. Chris I hope this is your part time employment and your not only source of income. Basic human interaction might not be your thing. Did I get upset?? You are correct I sure did. I am sorry but that is my right as someone who was expecting the services agreed in our contract. Chris my move was canceled by an unauthorized person. How exactly do you get off telling me what I did wrong and skirting any responsibility of the business that contracted the services? Michelle McDaniel

You guys did a good job

Very smooth experience. Young men were very professional. Did a good job with a very heavy couch and spiral stair case.

Movers went on lunch break mid move. Time is money with this service and was expected to pay time for movers going to lunch.

The bill was less than I anticipated. Of course, that made me very happy.

Budgeted 4hrs for a 2 bdrm apt move to a new house. They finished in 3. #WINNING!

JT and Triston were great! Arrived on time, efficient and no damage. Also their prices are fair and straightforward. I had called other movers who had ridiculous add ons. The estimator needs to listen a little better, she was trying to send two trucks. Didn’t even fill one truck. Overall I am very pleased with Motivated Movers.

The company I had contacted to move me (almost three months in advance) cancelled on the morning I was supposed to move. Needless to say, I was frantic. I called Motivated Movers and they assured me that they would have a truck and two people to be there in the afternoon. They arrived exactly when they said they would. They loaded me up and moved me to my new home. The total time was just three hours. They were absolutely great. They are appropriately named - Motivated Movers! I will recommend them to anyone who asks.

I was charged almost double the dollar amount that was originally quoted. I called and spoke with two other representatives each time receiving a different price each was more than first quoted. the last person said the price charged was within their margin of error! Needless to say - I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

They arrived on time and were very quick and efficient. When it was necessary to remove a door to get the washing machine in place, they did so without any hesitation or complaining. Very careful, respectful, and cheerful! Would definitely recommend them and will use them again if the need arises.

I booked 3 movers, but they sent 2. This made the move take 11 hours. The same move 3 months earlier took 5 hours. The earlier move was excellent. Job was incomplete. some furniture was not assembled.

I had another moving company that totally dropped the ball. Motivated Movers saved the day for me
