Terry Motley and his crew were a pleasure to work with and provided exceptional service. Our project at Cottages at Autumn Lake, in Berwick Plantation, included the exterior power washing of our community clubhouse, 33 townhomes, our community main entrance monument signage, and security gates, along with 2 miles of sidewalks and curbing. I would highly recommend this company to any individual or community looking for a quality job.

I was quite impressed when Terry came over and did a trial panel wash, to see if I was happy with the outcome. I was, and hired him to clean my metal roof which had gotten quite grimey and mildewy under the live oaks. And he did a fine job. The roof looks like new!
