Brian started off like everyone states but as soon as it came time to produce he was no where to be found. He "Repaired" my issue but it didn't repair the issue. From there it was an effort to get him to answer his phone, return text, make or keep an appointment. IT was clear that since he got paid he wanted nothing to do with my issue anymore. He would constantly have excuses that were the same, car accident, and for some reason that meant he couldn't answer or return messages for over 2 weeks. It has now been 2 months & still my issues persists. Save the hassle don't bother with this guy

While Bryan was on his way, and before he arrived, we had a power outage and he was still able to diagnose and repair the refrigerator. He also came back the next day with a part for the dishwasher. I highly recommend Motor City. Very proficient and knowledgeable.

Came right over work done did great job

The repair of my freezer only lasted 10 days. Brian gave a 3 year warranty on his work. It started not freezing again, only keeping food refrigerated cold. I've called this company and left messages at least 3 times with no responses from them. I am taking back my first review for this company. I've even tried their email service which is not a responding web site. I will not recommend.

I was contacted in less than a minute after my request was made, a repairman came the same day, friendly knowledgeable and respectful, I would use them again without hesitation.

Did not come to appointment with the proper tools (Sat), yet started the work. Had to reschedule for the next day (Sun), no show. A late phone call stated that they would call on Monday morning to let me know when they were coming. (Memorial Day) No call, no show. When I called to ask was told that it was a holiday. I was left with no plumbing in my basement and kitchen from Sat. til Tues. My holiday was ruined, not able to cook and clean. They did NOT clean up after they were done, just a sloppy wipe down. I spent over an hour cleaning with bleach! Low rates equals low quality. DO NOT USE!!!

They never came back to finish the job.

Bryan did a great job! He was on time, he knew exactly what to fix in the gas dryer. I'd call him again.

Brian was very professional and helpful with any questions and let us know exactly what was wrong with the refrigerator (we thought it was the compressor) He let us know that it was not the compressor and it would cost us much less. Most companies would change the compressor and be done with it. His price was very reasonable and he was done within a few hours. I would definitely hire this company again for any plumbing needs.

Our high efficiency, front loading washer died, wouldn't drain or spin. I did a search on HomeAdvisor, and Motor City called me within three minutes. Brian showed up late in the day after his other calls, looked at the washer and cleaned it, told us exactly what was wrong, and came the next day (he had to get a part) to finish it. He explained everything I needed to know about those types of washers and why it broke. I would definitely hire them again!

The guy was very prompt to reply to my HomeAdvisor request. Within 30 minutes on Easter Ssunday, I got a call to schedule a home visit the next day.
