To make a long story short he was supposed to fix my washing machine and if he could not fix it I was to be reimbursed with my money within 90 days he will not answer my calls nor would he answer my text message

"Once the repair was done to unit, We have been there 3 times, and each time, we showed the customer that this unit runs thru full cycle i told her the warranty was for 90 days on parts we installed that are working properly. We dont just give a refund when the Washer is working great."

(NAME REMOVED) arrived like he said he would, personable and knowledgeable , I was impressed, he diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, I paid him 200.00 I received a receipt, the following week, he can not get the part, he said best thing is buy a new dishwasher, he will install it, I purchased a dishwasher, we scheduled installation on Wednesday May 13, I called him , texted 3 times, no response, today I called again, voice mail, im very disappointed, I dislike being scammed

"The customer did not pay for installation. They only paid for my Diagnostic Serivce Charge. The customer had already left a 5 star happy review when the Part was found to no longer be available from the manufacturer anymore. Offered a Free Dishwasher Installation but was unable to match customers' time frame now they want all their money back cause I didn't make it to their FREE INSTALLATION APPOINTMENT."

Dean showed up in the time window he gave me. Friendly, and answered any questions i had about the dryer. He even suggested i blow out the vent pipe with a leaf blower. He was courteous and cleaned up all debris from the dryer exhaust. He saved us a lot by fixing the thermostat, and now we don’t have to buy a new appliance. He did a great job! I highly recommend him.!

You dont realize how dependent you are on your appliances. Dean was life saver. I got in very quickly and he was super up front about what was going on and how much it could cost me. It ended up being way cheaper then I expected. I must add that my dogs loved him and the little treat he had for my guys. 10/10 recommend. Currently in my phone as my appliance guy!
