Dave explained each step of the process and was up front about costs and time frames. The work completed was of high quality and I would recommend Motti Renovations.

Dave has been really terrific to work with and I highly recommend him! He truly cares about his customers and takes a consultative approach. Dave did great work on our front deck and after sanding and staining, it looks brand new! My wife and I appreciate this detail oriented approach and he provides quality services at a more affordable price than most. He also is very honest and genuine and has a good network of quality, trusted folks to provide services like Electrical outside his scope of work. We still have some work to do on our home which he is helping with, and are looking forward to continued quality from working with Dave.

David worked hard & was on top of the project with his hired help. They people he brings in whether its tile, plumbing, electric are all total professionals. In fact, we hired the electrician and plumber to do other side jobs. I was concerned because it was a small job and I didn't think Dave would want it, but he accepted the job and did a wonderful job. Update: Dave is meticulous and careful in his work. The finished job was higher than the estimate but that's because he made suggestions that improved the quality of the finished job. His painting at the end was beautiful!

Dave was a wonderful professional to work with. We had our cement patio repaired and repainted. He went out of his was to make sure the best products were used and we understood everything he was doing and the outcome was perfect. Such a nice man I would recommend him to anyone looking to have carpentry done.

Dave was so professional. Worked very hard to please us. The job came out awesome. He replaced all the lattice work surrounding our very large deck. He replaced it with cedar color vinyl lattice with chicken wire underneath to prevent anything from getting in. It looks great! We are so happy with the job. I am extremely fortunate to have found Dave Motti through HomeAdvisor. We are in the process of remodeling a 110 year old house that has been ignored and allowed to languish for at least the last 30 years. Needless to say, we continue to uncover unwelcome surprises. Dave and his crew were personable and professional. He renovated our deck last year and this year he completed a major kitchen renovation for us that included wall removal, header installation, floor installation, additional electric work and re-routing the plumbing. He takes great pride in his work and his recommendation for an electrician & floor specialist (to sand & stain new & existing floor) were excellent.
