Mott's Maintenance

Do not use this company. Despite how nice you are, they are rude, unprofessional, forgetful, disorganized, and care very little about customer service. Very poor company and I am surprised they were vetted by reputable websites. If anything, they appear to be people you would find off the street rather than professionals.

Scheduling was easy. Service was timely. Price was reasonable. Sara and Olca did a great job. This was a one-time cleaning, but we want them to come back monthly.

Motts was great in sending me handiman and cleaning. They were very helpful when I had to delay a couple of times. I would recommend them and I will use them again.

They made me feel comfortable. Also followed Covid protocol.

I was told one thing and it was pitiful. Never again!!!

30 years of service to this country and I am a disabled mess! The VA is ripping out the floors and let it sit for two weeks with all the filty concrete dust and dirt making me insane! Lola saved the day...and was a delight to work with. Jen was sent to the rescue! Jen is the epitome of exceptional customer service. She was just delightful and I just wanted to talk! She was fast, considerate and the personification of perfection!!! I cannot wait until they complete this renovation so I can have Jen back!!!

I hired them to send 2 cleaning representatives to clean my house at 50.00 and hour or 25.00 each person per hour. , my issue is they sent one cleaning representative and wanted to charge me 40.00 an hour for one. After one hour and second cleaning representative never showed up I questioned why, they stated other person not able to show up and wanted me to pay 40.00 for just one person I requested them to work at the 25.00 or leave. She left and I paid her 25.00 plus 3.00 tip for gas.

I had 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. the master bathroom was extremely bad as I am confined 2 wheel chair. the other bathroom was like new. the master was done excellently in an hour. however the other bathroom also took an hour. impossible. because the second girl took so, consequently when it came to kitchen I was told an extra hour would be needed so I paid for The extra hour. After they left and I had to undo some of the things that were not done as I requested I realized if the one girl had not taken unnecessarily long on her task then the extra hour would have been unnecessary. I was robbed. Totally unsatisfied. If i could have given less than a rating of 0.5 I would have. Stay Away.

While my sister and I were on vacation visiting family, we suffered the loss of our father. We have family and friends coming to the house and called Mott's to see if they could help with cleaning the house. Lola called me back immediately and bent over backwards to find someone... Mimi showed up with a beaming smile, a warm hug and offered her deepest condolences. When she left hours later the house was sparking from top to bottom. I called Lola to tell her how wonderful Mimi was and it's my pleasure to recommend their services. We all need a Lola and Mimi to help lift us up when things are at their lowest.

We'd like to use this service more often, but the cost is prohibitive for us.

This was a one time move out clean. They worked slow and didn't do some of the things I asked to be done.

I hired them to clean 3 bathrooms, kitchen and laminate floors. It took 4 hours for 2 people which is much too long since only the back and front of refrigerator was cleaned and the stove top and some cabinet facings cleaned in the kitchen. They did a good job on the bathrooms. My problem is that the lady who cleaned the stove lost the cap to the gas burner of my stove. To date nether she nor Mott Cleaning and Maintenance have not replaced it. It's been 3 weeks. I gave them a week before I called to check on it. I was told how busy they were by Lola so nothing had been done. I expressed to her about needing it for Christmas cooking and she said she would get it. Another week passed and nothing. I called and gave them a place I googled and found where they could order it. Bob M. took over and claimed it was ordered and would be in last Friday. Not before he explained to me how much money this was costing him and how he was losing money. Something he should have been talking to his employee about not the customer's who property came up missing! I called back Friday before Christmas since the part was due in. No one answered my calls. Left message and have not to this date received a call nor the stove part. Terrible customer service and the worse attitude of people I have yet to experience. Too busy! Costing you time and money! What about me, the victim!

I requested for them to do one thing which was cleaning the floor and cabinets downstairs and they ignored me and started in another area. Took them 7 1/2 hours and nothing much was accomplished other than 3 bathrooms. I would not recommend.
