Fast and knowledgeable

Jarod installed a new high efficiency boiler and extensively re-plumbed our central heating system about 12 years ago. He is quite knowledgeable and explained clearly the work he would be doing. The project was completed in a timely manner to our complete satisfaction. I highly recommend him.

He came at 8am the next morning after my phone call and started the work immediately. He had the best price and quickest appointment for an install. Even my own gas company was booking two weeks out for our emergency- which was NO HEAT AT ALL in the winter. Jared finished the work in two days , quickly and efficiently. I will use him again for AC or water heater when they stop. My neighbor use Moulton Mechanical as well and also was happy.

Jarod had great knowledge of our problem and installed a new heater in two days. Work was completed on time and the area was left clean. Jarod gave us a fair price, which was lower than the competition!!! I would recommend Jarod to anyone in need of new equipment.

I apologize for the delay with this assessment - huge computer issues but Staples has persevered despite persistent shut-downs. Jarod Moulton seems to have an understanding of this aging furnace (1980s). He was able to get it going and past its "issues" without hesitation, as well as carefully convey, with a review to me (a Senior), how to manage it. For years, he'd worked with Thorp Thomas who put the furnace in: a huge reference / Thorp had even been offered a position by SE NH Services: wow ! I do wish I wouldn't have to check it every day, but - it's heating the house well without much trouble. I would like a back-up plan, in case I have to be away a couple days - just a preparatory precaution at my age. Also, Jarod came when he said he could - much appreciated. Jarod is communicative, generous with his time and knowledge, and straightforward. I didnâ  t know the first thing about HVAC, but Jarod was able to break down everything I needed to know about my mini-split system. On top of that, he worked hard to make sure that our install was timely and fairly priced. So often with contractors, youâ  re dealing with surprise fees, challenging pay schedules, and disappearing points of contact. Moulton Mechanical doesnâ  t do any of thatâ  everything was laid out up front, and I was never in the dark about the process. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC help or anything else.
