Patrick, the owner and craftman for our project was highly competent and thorough. He did not cut any corners. Employed gold standard procedures and used only top of the line materials. Demonstrated Excellent craftsmanship throughout the process . I am very satisfied with how nicely the coated garage floor and stem walls turned out and transformed our garage. Patrick performed many steps meticulously. 1) Grinding the concrete floors with a high end grinder to properly prep the floor and remove dust by connecting the grinder to multi stage HEPA vacumn, 2) Followed by handgrinding, 4) Additional vacumning, 5) Sealing cracks, 6).applying the epoxy base and vapor barrier, 7) a full and thick broadcast of flakes, 8) after a full 2 days of curing, Patrick returned to scrape , excess/loose flakes, polish sharp edges and vacumn, 9) Patrick returned the next day, skullfully applied a thick top clear polyaspartic coat that gives the floor its resilience and finished shine.
