My husband and I have been a customers since Sept 2000. When we bought our home in 2000 we needed siding and windows ASAP. Just by chance Mt. Pleasant called saying they were in the area and if we needed any home remolding done. Since I needed to get prices I set up an appointment. I got a price for the windows first and in October 40 windows were installed. They did an excellent job installing and cleaning up. In 20 years I have had a couple windows to be replaced due to some air leaks and fogging. I called and someone came out measured and in a couple of weeks new windows were installed. Absolutely no problem, everything was covered by the warranty. In the spring 2001 we had siding installed on a 3 story house. The did a beautiful job. It still looks great today. We also had gutters installed with the siding. When we needed a new roof I called Mt. Pleasant and explained that we wanted something that looked like slate. They had the perfect shingle for our roof. Again another great job. My husband and I are 100% happy and pleased with all the work they have done on our home. We would highly recommend Mt. Pleasant Window and Remolding. Great service, Great personnel, Great price, Great quality!!

I just wanted to let everyone know how outstanding Mt Pleasant Widow and Remodeling was.à  à   The owner Rich is so profession and respectful.à  à   It was amazing to watching him and his helper Nick install my gorgeous door. Please keep in mind my house is over 200-year-old, so it seems like everything is off by an inch or two.à   However, that was not a challenge for Rich and his team. They did this with easy and grace in my charming old house.à   Most of all, I would recommend Rich because he always was on time, and he went above and beyond his call of duty.à   I love my new door!!! à  

I am having trouble with the $5000.00 sliding door. They have been to my house five times, and it is still not fixed. Foggy with condensation on window panes. Replaced one time and wooden insert strips kept popping out. Oder new glass and wooden strips for door, came damaged. Reorder whole new side of sliding door, worker could not get it out by himself. Will come back when I am not a happy costumer. Also, I believed I over paid for the sliding door. The workers that installed the windows did a good job. No problem with the windows.
