These guys are AWESOME! The work was completed in a timely manner and was completed accurately.

Greg Cordova and the other guys did a great job on the repairs on the rear of the house where there was daylight under the back door. It is now closed off like it should be. I was also told by one of the crew to make sure I included Tommy Boy. Very professional employees and polite. I have some before and after photos.

Team Herman and Gurman fully met and exceeded my expectations. Andres, Kelsey and Q-Bert were prompt, polite and professional. They cleaned as they went and fully explained operation of the new system.

Dj, CJ and Rob were excellent..on time everyday and they went straight to work. They were definitely approachable, friendly and answered any questions that we had. They knew their job and explained to us in everyday terms exactly what they were doing. We are grateful as well to Landon who " sold" us the idea of Mount Valley and Marty who also came up and explained to us exactly what needed to be done and met with the plumber to expedite the process. They did a very good job

Carnell and Aaron arrived as they were scheduled too. I had a crack due to shifting sand and they were able to resolve the issue. They even help me put everything back in the garage. Very pleasant and hard working. I was extremely pleased with their work.

Really needed someone to check out the property I inherited to make sure foundation was good. Would not even write something for me stating my foundation was ok n in no need of repairs.

Robert Dunn, Ryan LevepRio Roberson, and Trel Pearson gave excellent service at my home on a 2 day work assignment. They all showed respect and enjoyable attitudes. We had a few laughs and I enjoyed their company. The 2 days, and about 12 hours each day , were extremely hot and humid! However, they prevailed and kept up the hard work with a smile and kind word! Very appreciative of their work ethic.

We called Mount Valley Foundation to perform an inspection on our previously installed encapsulation and humidifier system in our home. Dominic Pritchard, Mount Valley Foundation Service Tech, returned the call and scheduled an appointment for the inspection. On the day of the inspection he called confirming the time of arrival. Mr. Pritchard arrived at the scheduled time. He was very professional, polite, neatly dressed, and addressed our questions and concerns with the current system. He advised us of the inspection he would provide and photograph areas within the crawlspace to show us. Once the inspection was completed, including changing the batteries in the crawlspace remote and replace the humidifier filter, he explained what he observed, and what service he performed, using the photos on his cellphone, showed us the encapsulated crawlspace, including the two large hanging snake skins on two of the foundation support walls. and others smaller snake skins he observed. He advised the 17 year old fiberglass insulation was hanging down in many locations and suggested removal of the current insulation and replacing with an updated insulation which would benefit the encapsulation and humidifier, giving better insulation for the floor above. Dominic explained in detail how the new insulation would be installed, how long the installation would take and assured us it would benefit us in the long run from having to replace the dropping-down fiberglass insulation, which may prevent small rodents (mice) from burrowing in the insulation, and also deter snakes from seeking any food source (mice). Dominic advised us of the total cost of this project and offered several options for payment. During his service visit, Dominic was very patient and was not pressuring us in making a decision to have the work done. Dominic advised us of a discount if we decide in a short time-frame. We decided to have this project completed and are very satisfied with our decision. We highly recommend Mount Valley Foundations and are very satisfied the Dominic Pritchard was our service tech. We cannot say enough about how polite, patient and considerate Dominic was as he explained everything completely and answered every question and concern we had. Dondre and James were the technicians who came and did our work. They were very friendly and thorough. This young men did a great job!

Awful experience. Unable to complete encapsulate and seal my crawlspace. Water still gets in on top of the liner. Mold was an issue then and is a bigger issue now. I have structural compromise, my floors sag and are lifted throughout house. Mold remediation was not once suggested to original job nor a containment area created. Company was aware of problems 2 weeks after install and ignored the issue. 13 months later there is still no resolution. They made a horrible mess of my home and have turned the tables to say I am at fault. I would not advise using this company.

Initially, the customer service was great. But, when there was a problem (that MV acknowledged was an installation problem on their part), they are not very responsive. The problem originated in early June and it is now early September and they have still not reimbursed me for the out of pocket expenses I incurred repairing the damages caused by the incorrectly installed equipment. Just be careful...

They need to know how to work with customers and have communication with their clients.

From the sales reps to the men who did the repairs , all were personable and well versed in their jobs. Devon and Stephen , Cornell and James did not disappoint . We are very happy with the work done and the guys who did it.

We had Mount Vally come out to fix some of our floor joists and subfloor under our master bedroom and bathroom after we had water damage from a broken water pipe. Everyone I spoke with was super helpful and friendly from John who came out for our quote to Chris who helped get us financed to pay for the project. I am kicking myself for not being able to remember the Forman and his crewmen’s names that came out to do the work because they were awesome! They worked efficiently and quickly to get the job done and when a problem came up, they let me know immediately and we got it worked out quickly to keep the project going. I thought there would be a ton of noise and in and out of the house but these guys were so quiet I had to check on them from time to time to see if they were still here only to be amazed at how much work they got done. They made sure everything was cleaned up when they were done and put back the way it was. Will definitely be referring people to Mount Vally and more than likely hiring them to come back out for more projects! Thanks guys! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Phil came over for my first inspection and found further damage that requires corrective actions. He is a super sweet person who listened to me, explained what he found and showed me pictures of the damage. He then worked with me on funding and scheduling. Excellent service, excellent person, very caring and understanding...Phil is welcome here anytime.

Both the inspector estimator Michael and the gentleman that came out to do the work Carnell were professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Excellent price to have my foundation lifted compared to the estimates from other companies. They also do not charge you per ft after a certain certain depth. All work has a warranty and they send a inspector out every year for 3 years to ensure no adjustments need made. I highly recommend Mt Valley Foundation for your repair and ask for Devon as his communication from start to finish was excellent.
