Customer service was awesome! We contacted them very late at night for an emergency (no heat!) HVAC service as they advertised 24 hour service. We were informed by Brian's wife that was seriously ill and could not make it out to my mothers home immediately. We made arrangements for my mother to stay at our home that evening. We called some other 24 service companies and did not even get our call answered. Mount Vernon called back the first thing the next morning, and Brian, still "under the weather", came out and did the necessary HVAC system repairs. Where I work, customer service is key. I found Brian and his wife to be both cordial, polite and extremely accommodating to our needs. Mount Vernon Heating and Cooling is now our "first call" for any HVAC related needs!
