Mountain Hardscape Systems

We met with several companies. Mountain Hardscape Systems was the obvious choice. Shane made time to introduce himself and provide a detailed explanation of the project. He listened to our request and guided us to a patio that exceeded our expectations. Not only did they have the best quality and price, they completed our patio a month before originally scheduled. Shane and his team did an awesome job!

We designed our dream patio. One end required accuracy. Scaled and dimensioned drawings were provided to Shane and the installers from the beginning and never changed. Unfortunately, they appear not to be able to understand or follow a dimensioned drawing and missed one corner near the house. It is short by almost two feet. I immediately pointed the error out to Shane. He acknowledged the problem and then started with excuses. He ultimately stated that he was out of materials and would come back in a week or two to fix it. After months of promises, it has not been fixed and it has become clear that despite all of Shanes promises to fix it, he never had any intention to come back and fix his mistake.

They were great to work with, the only negative is they did not put edging in on the project as we descused. To be fair Idid not bring this up to there attention as the project was being done or just after. But I feel this should have been done. The all other work was top notch. I have no problem recommending them.

Absolutely top notch work for a fair price. Work done on time, with minimal damage to existing landscape, and right on budget. Very satisfied.

This was a brand new experience for us. We have a 41+ year old home and had always wanted to beautify our back patio especially as it is the main entrance of our home. We contacted Mountain Hardscape Systems and Shane promptly returned our call and paid us a visit. He helped to convince us that Pavers was the way to get the effect we were looking for. He was right and we are indeed proud of our two paver patios. They have added to the beauty and value of our home considerably. Shane was wonderful to work with and eager to give us what we wanted. He made sure several times that the work was being carried out according to the high standards of his company. If there was a concern, Shane was prompt to make it right. We are pleased to recommend this company. The price was fair, and the finished product beautiful. I felt that I owed them a gift of gratitude, but instead we got a delicious gift basket for which we have thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you Shane and our thanks to your crew as well.

Regarding Shane he was very very gentlemanly, polite, stayed in touch , was always on time. He showed up for all scheduled appointments. He always included me and my options in every step of the project. His crew where punctual, neat, and they keep on the job with determination. The end product was better then I imagined. I would highly recommend Shane and his company Mountain Hardscape Systems. P. S. Project was worth the money I paid them.

I would give him twenty stars if I could. I have been living here for a year and have never had an experience with anyone like Shane and his company. He is the most considerate and timely person, and is wonderful to deal with. The Crew cleans up well, sticks to business, and makes sure that everything is done to my satisfaction. He wanted to make sure I was thoroughly happy prior to being paid. He is more concerned about my satisfaction with the project, and even includes my opinion, when working on the project. His product is amazing! He is the sweetest person, and even brought me a gift basket. .

Shane and his crew were very professional and made our vision a reality. They installed a fire pit with a bench and a walkway. We visited some of his prior jobs to get an idea about his work before we hired him and all of the customers we talked to were very happy with the work. We had other quotes from local landscapers that were cheaper but they did not have the experience or expertise. I felt the little extra money was well worth the quality of work and peace of mind the project wasn't going to go bad on us in a year or two. He even guarantees his work for 5 years.

Very professional and honest in explaining the project. Felt like we were hiring the best and were comfortable paying a bit more for it.

They were quick and efficient. It looks great.

He went above and beyond. He delivered everything he said he would when he said he would. After the project was completed he continued to check on us and make sure we were satisfied with the work.
