Mountain Home Remodeling, LLC

Mountain Home Remodeling guided me successfully through the insurance process and did a fine job in installing a high quality replacement roof

Keith was very professional and thorough. He knows every detail of the business and explains it all to your satisfaction. Consequently you feel confident about the product and the work. His roofing crew was amazingly fast and hard working. Iâ ve never seen a roof go on so quickly! And I actually installed roofs decades ago before pneumatic nails guns. Very, very satisfied, and would recommend Mountain Home Remodeling in a heartbeat!

This people are very pro they work fast and clean they are great. I met the owner that guy was super, Thank you Mountain Home Remodeling. Im so happy with your job at my house.  Howard co.MD,

Mountain Home Remodeling came to our house and helped us open a claim with the insurance of our homeowner to get our roof replaced and the damage inside our house from a leak repaired. Our insurance company came out and approved our claim to cover a new roof, downspouts, window screens, drywall for our ceiling, paint for our entire ceiling and walls, and labor costs. Mountain Home Remodeling agreed to accept the claim and complete all of the work specified in the contract. Our roof was completed at the end of 2022. They called a subcontractor for the indoor work, and all that was done was a small patch job on the ceiling that left it uneven. We called and asked about the work that was supposed to be done, which was to include new drywall and a complete paint job of the entire ceiling and walls. Keith was only worried about getting the rest of the claim money and asked, "Are you not happy with your roof?" How about I waive your deductible? Our roof is fine. All we wanted was the work promised according to the contract that we paid for. We have yet to get new downspouts, new screens for our windows, new drywall, or a full paint job for our entire living room. Now we just want the money back that was not used to do the job promised.

Mountain Home worked hand in hand with our insurance Co. The result was an entire roof at zero out of pocket. Still can't believe it. The crew they sent to do the work was top shelf as well. Excellent workmanship and left the yard cleaner them when they came. Can't say enough good stuff about this experience.

Great roof, had lots of rain since and no issues at all. Very responsive and informative, highly recommended

These guys were extraordinary! Showed up way early, cleaned up the roofing mess of shingles/nails/plywood, took away all the trash and left the area spotless! And, the crew was super efficient, completed the roof in one day (a snow storm was on it's way). I hope I don't need another roof for 50 years, but if I do, I'll definitely call Mountain Home again. Everyone was pleasant to work with, from the workers to the owners!

Please edit the posted review. The first sentence should read "They HAVE done a very good job. I am very impressed with the installation. The installation team cleaned up very well. Matt was very professional in dealing with us. We appreciated his candor and courtesy. (The review as edited is what I would like posted.) Thank you!

They done a very good job and I am very impressed with the installation and the installation team cleaned up very well. Matt was very professional in dealing with us and we appreciated his cander and courtesy.

Full roof replacement was done successfully in one day. Everything went smoothly. Workers cleaned up the property afterwards. Matt was friendly, knowledgeable and communicated well. Very easy to work with and were accommodating to our schedule. Definitely would recommend to others.

I am an experienced homeowner, and I would recommend and use again.

After reaching out to several highly rated roofers I decided to hire the team at Mountain Home Remodeling to replace the roof on my townhouse. Keith, the owner of the company, came out to visit with my wife and I personally. After inspecting the roof inside and out, he took the time to not only explain the process, but he also went into detail about the materials that he would be using. Keith gave us what we thought was a fair estimate for the work. He also went the extra mile to offer some additional repairs to some siding that had been damaged in a storm at no additional cost. There were no high pressure tactics or special incentives to sign up by a certain date and every follow up question was addressed promptly and in detail until I was comfortable moving forward. Keith came back out to our home to finalize the paperwork and to help us on pick the exact shingles used for the work. His team completed the work in the time frame they promised, and the roof looks great. In addition, the crew took the time to pick up and remove any loose debris and nails, which is important given that there are small children and pets that walk on our lawn. I would definitely recommend Keith and the team at Mountain Home Remodeling for any roof work. They specialize in roofing and you can tell. The fact that it is a small business, made me feel good about supporting them, but also gave me confidence that if there was ever a problem in the future, I could go straight to the top.

This was a wonderful experience! The owner was very friendly and courteous

The owner (Keith) was involved and overseeing the work. I was pleased with the result and the quality of the work. They are easy to work with.

Keith keeps his word. In addition to replacing the roof he replaced soffit under the roof ledge and cleaned my gutters.

We had a great experience! They came right out to give us an estimate, and though they were the cheapest quote we got by far (I would normally question whether cheaper is better), they clearly were offering a great product with a lot of knowledge. Seems like they just don't have the overhead the other guys do, and therefore, can offer a more reasonable cost to replace a roof.

Keith and Matt were very professional, knowledgeable and polite, gave excellent customer, quality and value. The Install went perfectly and they took great care to keep debris off the lawn, bushes, and landscaping. I would highly recommend them

The project went well. No surprises. They did a very professional job and I am very satisfied with the end product

Great to work with and helped us with our insurance claim.

Keith was great to work with. Pricing was fair and reasonable and the job was able to be scheduled very quickly. The crew that did the work showed up early and stayed late to wrap up. I would definitely hire them again.

All matters were addressed swiftly and professionally

We met Keith Viens after a cold call. He gave us the best estimate, and did a great presentation. Best of all, we took him at his word and a handshake, and he went above and beyond in delivery and execution. He was also great at communicating. We have dealt with several contractors recently, since we were buying, and selling homes simultaneously, and Mountain Home Remodeling's service far surpassed everyone!

The entire roofing project went smoothly as planned. Owner Keith is a pleasant well organized man who came through with everything on time with a competitive price. I highly recommend him and his sub-contractors.
