John did some diagnostic work when I had an a/c unit that was incorrectly installed, so he dropped what he was doing and came out to help right away to get the a/c up and running in the middle of the summer. He also helped me with a few other jobs with a/c installs and heaters on new construction when I was in a bind, so I would give him a 6/5 on Customer Service. John is very reasonable with his pricing and I plan on using him on new construction projects in the future.
